Wasn't told the item I had ordered online wasn't in stock however once I contacted direct golf they responded well and offered me a better item at the price which arrived within 24 hrs.

First contact over the phone was very efficient with the problem being addressed efficiently. Problem with collection of the faulty battery (not the fault of Direct Golf) but of the carriers. No contact then from Direct Golf for over a week after collection until I rang for an update on what action was being taken. Only then did I receive an email to tell me that I would be informed when a replacement would be sent. The replacement battery arrived three days later. The whole process took nearly a fortnight.

Review request came before the goods arrived so it is hard to pass comment. Buying stage was pain free, so hoping for more of the same with the delivery and unboxing stages.

No reflection on the company itself but my clubs werent delivered. Still havent been so I can only be very unhappy.

You were badly let down by Parcelforce who failed to deliver on the day their system said it was loaded for delivery. It was returned to the depot because the driver did not complete his round and delivered late the next day

Golf shirt chosen was purple and white, picture on web looks nothing like what was delivered, in fact there is no white at all on the shirt. Will be sending back, very disappointed.

As much as I have loved using the website your delivery company (Parcel Force) have really let me down. I expected my new driver on Saturday as I had a competition on the Sunday however I only received this today. I wouldn't mind so much but I paid extra for the delivery to be on the Saturday.

The service was ok,but you advertised foot dry tour golf shoes on you web site when you knew you could,nt get them,so I had to chose white instead of the brown which you advertise

Whilst the overall service from Direct Golf on-line was good the experience was badly spoiled by poor service from Parcel Force. Having paid for next day delivery and expecting as I had experienced with other suppliers, a regularly updated Tracking service so that I could plan my day, Parcel Force posted one message "Loaded on van for delivery" at 05.34hrs. No further information was made available and so my whole day was wasted. I will not use the on-line service again unless another Courier is used. Direct Golf did respond to my complaint and offered a small but welcome recompense.

Quick service and despatch but only received the item I paid for there was no free DGUK VIP Loyalty Card so think it must be a sales ploy to get customers to buy.

Slight problem in communication between shop and warehouse which meant a delay in dispatch of my order however one call to customer services sorted that out now happy customer

Ordered 3 items from the DG website on 7th July 2015 paying standard delivery(3-5 days). I received a confirmation email that stated that one of the items was out of stock. I waited over a week and no delivery. I contacted the DG helpline and was informed that they were waiting for the out of stock item to arrive. After checking that item will be available in a months time. The helpline assistant was very helpful and apologetic and found an alternative item and sorted delivery straight away. Items as now arrived over 2 weeks after the order was sent. The out of stock item should have been flagged on checkout not after order

I originally ordered the item using the ' reserve an collect' facility. However, I received a call the next day from Lincoln store saying that the item wasn't in stock, even though the website said otherwise. So, I had to order the item for home delivery and paid £5 for next day delivery. Slightly irritating! John Gill
