“After receiving the email re the Direct golf sale on the Sunday evening. I was playing with my new Yes Putter on the Tuesday afternoon. Orderd, deliverd to Glasgow and used at Shotts golf club within 48 hours. Excellent service”

“My experience of Direct Golf is one of complete satisfaction. I enjoy the fact that I am near to the Teesside Shop and I can visit to view their merchandise and also try out various clubs. “I ordered a GPS and it arrived very promptly but unfortunately with some parts missing. I telephoned HQ and spoke to Scott. Within minutes he had arranged delivery of a new GPS and collection of the defective one. It is sometimes how companys deal with problems that show howgood they really are. Direct Golf must be one of the best on-line companys out there. I would not hesitate in using them again.”

“Direct Golf was excellent and you despatched the correct goods very quickly BUT BUT BUT your courier, Parcel Force, provides a very poor service. The on-line tracking system suggests that they tried to deliver the parcel at 1255 on 15th Sept but I was in the house and no-one tried to deliver. On 16th the tracking system said the parcel had been signed for and left with L MARSHALL. I have no neighbours with that name and NO cards were put through my letterbox to advise on parcel location!!!! After several on-line attempts and telephone calls to Parcel Force I was advised that the parcel had been left at the local POST OFFICE. Now that is a NOVEL APPROACH. I strongly suggest you review your choice of carrier.”
