“Goods delivered to the wrong address, delivery driver allowed total stranger to sign for the goods. Very disappointed.”

“First contact over the phone was very efficient with the problem being addressed efficiently. Problem with collection of the faulty battery (not the fault of Direct Golf) but of the carriers. No contact then from Direct Golf for over a week after collection until I rang for an update on what action was being taken. Only then did I receive an email to tell me that I would be informed when a replacement would be sent. The replacement battery arrived three days later. The whole process took nearly a fortnight.”

“NEW Shrixon ad333 ball advertised on your websight which I ordered at £30 for 2 boxes of 12. I received the old balls that I could have bought at my local club at the same price. TOTALLY misleading.”

“I searched a variety of suppliers for a specific set of irons and could only find two retailers with stock. Direct Golf were much cheaper so that was an easy decision! Clubs arrived promptly and well packaged and I was delighted with my purchase. Would certainly recommend!”
