“I ordered a driver on Wednesday to receive it on Thursday by 10:30am, come mid day Thursday not arrived, rang customer services and was told there was a problem with the network at parcel force and I would get on Friday. Here we are Saturday night still not arrived don't know when I get it hopefully before Thursday game of golf, some form of compensation should come my way I think”

“Paid for next day delivery for a golf trolley I needed for the weekend. Received a message saying that the item had been despatched that day. After 3 days nothing arrived so I contacted customer services. Was then told it would come that day - Still waiting.”

“Just bought 2 dozen Mizuno balls, advertised as buy 1 doz and get 2 free balls to try, I buy 2 doz and expect to get 2 free balls with each doz, no only got 1 pack of 2 free balls. Cheapskates . Track online, useless, unable to track online. Must be using a cheap company to deliver.poor.”

“Ordered a few items that were supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days....a week later still not arrived and told they would be delivered the following week due to 'computer' errors....this after chasing up customer service on two occasions. Very very poor service recovery...items will be returned if they ever arrive. It was my first order and will be my last, will return to buying from American Golf, more reliable and better service”
