I ordered my putter whilst on holiday with my return date home being the 16 August 2015. When I ordered, the Direct Golf website stated that the item was out of stock and would not be available until 19 August, well after I return home from holiday to receive the item. I then received an email on 13 August telling me the item was being dispatched! This obviously concerned me and I had to enter into email exchanges to sort the situation out, something I can do without in the middle of my holiday.

I ordered 3 pairs of golfing trousers for my Son the deal was buy two get one free, as one pair was out of stock they sent alternative, I ordered all 32 waist 34 leg and the alternative they sent is 32 waist 32 leg so I now did not receive the deal on offer but need to take trousers back to shop. Not a very happy customer, felling let down by something so silly if I order long length why send regular?

This belt seems to of reasonable quality, however with only 5 holes in the belt spaced over 4 inches it is only suitable for waist sizes 38-42 inches. I'm a 34, so it's to off to a cobblers to either get the belt shortened or more holes punched in.

I purchase a waterproof suit in size Large. I was sent a Large jacket and an XL pair of trousers which of course we're too big. Clearly there was no stock of Large trousers so, having returned the XL trousers I now have a jacket with no trousers.

NEW Shrixon ad333 ball advertised on your websight which I ordered at £30 for 2 boxes of 12. I received the old balls that I could have bought at my local club at the same price. TOTALLY misleading.

Bought a GPS for someone's birthday and needed express Saturday delivery which I paid for. However, the delivery took too long (Monday) meaning birthday missed. Disappointing as I could have bought the watch in time from another vendor. Direct Golf did refund the postage costs but still doesn't account for the poor service.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers on the 26th of July. One pair were on back order and the other pair were in stock. I was hoping to get the pair that were in stock in time for a golf outing that weekend. They weren't sent out straight away as you were waiting for the other pair to come into stock. I then emailed asking for the pair in stock to be sent out for the weekend which you replied and said that was ok and I still haven't received them yet. Pretty disappointed with the overall service.

Despite clearly ordering type and size of grip Club arrived with incorrect grip. New grip now being sent for fitting by local pro. I will fit grip myself. I feel let down and as such some form of recompense due for my time materials and inconvenience

I ordered a pair of golf shoes at the beginning of the month after payment had gone through I then recived a email telling me that product was out of stock and would be a few weeks till delivery. After the 2 weeks had passed I made a call to customer services and was then told it would be next week . A few days later I recived another email saying that product wouldn't be in stock for awhile . I phoned customer services again they did offer a refund or another pair of shoes at a slightly higher price . As their was non I liked I then found out they had the same shoe in stock but in a different colour which I was fine with and they did put it on a next day delivery. Still not very happy as it has taken the best part of a month to get my hands in them

hi there, my order was a day late on delivery, i only found this out by ringing direct golf they did not contact me to let me know it would be delayed. it was frustrating as i had to stay in that day to wait for the delivery that did not turn up.( one days work lost) mr c.p. brown

I ourdred a blue Nike umbrella from you which had a hole in it. I sent it back following the returns process outlined on the receipt. However I have since been told I cannot get a refund for the postage of £11.99 as I didn't get a returns number from you by calling you direct. I am very disappointed as this is not made clear on the receipt.it says that any charges incurred by the customer for the rertun of damaged goods will on assessment be refunded. It does not say that I had to refer to your website or contact you directly. I did speak to someone who was very unhelpful.As I have bought many products from you and hope to continue to do so, I would appreciate you refunding me the postage.many thanks N Dooley product number 14WPBLU

Ordered an item for shipment to store. Delivery to the store was quick as promised, but despite the fact that the order confirmation was stating that the store would contact me when the item was delivered to the store, the store never contacted me. I had to check out the courier tracking info myself to find out that item was delivered to the store. ... I thought that was just very poor.

I did not receive a call to say the product was in store. I emailed the on-line sales team to be told it was waiting for me. In the store they could not find my parcel, I was told it would be on the shelf with the rest of the stock - it was not. I waited for over ten minutes without success and as no alternative had been suggested. I said I would take a stock item. I was given a 10% off discount card and I accepted this at the time as I had a tee time booked and needed to leave. However, I feel that at least my postage should have been refunded as I am not sure what I paid this for!

The products are ok, delivery etc. are all ok. They accept PayPal, which is useful. What I object to is this - they have a free delivery threshold of £50.00. It is therefore very disappointing that if you use one of the many "discount vouchers" they bombard you with (usually just after you've spent loads of money anyway), such that it takes your spend below £50.00, they charge you for delivery! This is a cheapskate, shabby little practice. Shame on you. Even Tesco don't do that.

Problem was solved in the end by Scott who was good , but a very painful return outcome, delivery excellent when solved but 4 calls and one to the founder who inspite of his service pledge felt he did not need to reply or ensure action was taken, you need to lead by example ! Six weeks on I had to force the issue and tell them what to do, in fairness when this was agreed it was delivered next day but after sales service is key to repeat business,great for price and if goes well, but avoid if you feel you may have a fault based on my experience.
