“The price and product plus usage of the website were all excellent. One disappointing aspect was that we were not in when delivery arrived and there was a delivery note through the door saying the parcel was in our shed. We do not have a shed and the parcel was left in full view on the front door step which is very visible (we saw the shoes before we got out of the car) Lucky no-one took advantage of that but it may preclude us from using this ordering service again? thank you”

“Direct Golf have been very helpful; sadly the courier used was awful, posting my item through the wrong door, never to be seen again and the item I ordered is now out of stock so having to get a refund and start again...streesssssss!”

“I use this company for prizes for a golf society and spend £1,000+ a year so the prices paid for top quality products are always excellent value. However, 3 deliveries have been delayed this year due to items being out of stock after the order was submitted. I gave Direct Golf standing order instructions to substitute any out of stock items last year but their system failed to recognise this instruction. Recent orders have been trouble free and there's always a fiver off the next order so they are getting near "Very Good".”

“Slower than expected delivery and I was text to say delivering to me, then arrived at the store as click and collect which is what I requested. A bit confusing and most large businesses offer free click and collect to store”
