“Placed order online and at checkout was charged more than was quoted due to error over discount codes. Customer services via email were very helpful and sorted it out. Order came next day , happy days !”

“I have made my 1st purchase from the website and unfortunately i got a e-mail saying that one of my items was out of stock. But after speaking to Matt he has sorted me out with a replacement and even a free glove as i mentioned it was my birthday as well. His customer service was excellent quick and prompt. Would definatley use the website again and would recommened it to others as well.”

“Paid for the golf trolley item was in stock then received email saying out of stock 3 weeks later 3after sending 3 emails I was told the free bag offer was no longer available I then cancelled order ,”

“Direct Golf have been very helpful; sadly the courier used was awful, posting my item through the wrong door, never to be seen again and the item I ordered is now out of stock so having to get a refund and start again...streesssssss!”

“I use this company for prizes for a golf society and spend £1,000+ a year so the prices paid for top quality products are always excellent value. However, 3 deliveries have been delayed this year due to items being out of stock after the order was submitted. I gave Direct Golf standing order instructions to substitute any out of stock items last year but their system failed to recognise this instruction. Recent orders have been trouble free and there's always a fiver off the next order so they are getting near "Very Good".”

“Slower than expected delivery and I was text to say delivering to me, then arrived at the store as click and collect which is what I requested. A bit confusing and most large businesses offer free click and collect to store”
