“Not an uncommon problem these days. Technology supports best the most commonly used processes as they are well tested....anything else and you had best keep your fingers well and truly crossed. In my case I just ordered some golf balls, but did not want them shipped to my home as I am working overseas at the moment. Paid from my UK adress but send the balls to Holland. I am now on the second batch that have been shipped but still have not seen anything arrive on my doormat. Order was first OR4258850 and now OR4278013 also hasn't arrived. Funny enough I have been planning to replace my old Driver,Mizuno irons and bag. Glad I didn't order those yet. For now I'll buy some other practice balls elsewhere. Regards, Colin”

“Poor/misleading ads.....For free items.....emailed to highlight and then telephoned......customer service did not deal effectively with the complaint, you could have kept an unhappy customer with the right approach whoever answered the call did not CARE enough...... will not use Direct Golf again”

“Ordered a new Nike stand bag didn't manage to find anywhere to place a discount code. So ordered the bag and Emailed Direct Golf and had a response the next morning saying they have refunded me the discount and the bag will be with me the next day, which it was! Great service and hassle free and even give the option to deliver to a neighbour if not at home. Well done Diret Golf, much better than the 'American' rivals ????”

“Sent wrong items twice even after contacting customer service department after initial deliver. When re contacted again to explained sent wrong item again after also putting letter in the bag with return did not really seem bothered and no real attempt to resolve or find alternative. Not great customer service would not recommend or consider in the future.”

“very good service and delivery only problem i have is with a bushnell golf watch which is between five and twenty yards out on my course,I contacted yourselves and bushnell but still have the problem.”

“Overall happy with the service but the delivery of the order could have been better coordinated. It was forecast that the delivery would be on the Monday but it was actually available the Thursday before but because no-one was home when tried to deliver it was actually delivered on the forecast date. A phone call to the number I had given would have meant someone could have been able to accept the delivery on the thursday.”
