Ordered on the 27/09/2015, been charged, received nothing , read news on internet 04/10/15 the company has gone to administration 02/10....????

Had an email on the 30th saying my order as been despatched and I could track it on line, not received the parcel yet and when you look at the tracking service it just shows 30/09/15 19.45 order generated so not much of a tracking service, looks like I will be looking for a refund.

My golf bag was sent on the 30th. Sept still not received it as of the 4th Oct not very impressed

I have not recieved my goods 4 days after it has been despatched I cannot track it because parcel force say that it is not in their system I cannot contact any one from direct Golf as all of the phone system is down and has been for the 2 days I have been trying

Direct golf in general are very fast, but I placed an order on 09.26.2015 OR4422619 I still have not received , and monitoring is blocked at 09/30/2015 11:58 WDM Online so I can not say the service is top this time

Still waiting for my golf shoes 1 week after ordering. Supposedly despatched on Wednesday, still says on tracking information that the order has been generated. Not even despatched yet, Sunday now.

Goods ordered weeks ago, chased on a regular basis and 6 weeks later still not received after several promises the goods were being despatched.

Delivery was upgraded to next day. Received email on Wednesday the 30th of September saying item had been dispatched. Item still not arrived. Now October the 3rd. Systems where down. No email or contact to explain that of this and there could be a delay. Not a happy chappy

Took 3 working days to pick and pack my order. Website showed it as pending even after it had been dispatched. My email asking for an update was never answered beyond the automated response, then the courier said it had been loaded on the wrong van by mistake, still haven't recieved it. Courier mistake aside, complete customer service failure.

Still not received goods even though email sent saying goods had been dispatched when rang helpline all phones down also tracking order not updated all previous transactions have been great.

Hi, I am very disappointed with the delivery of my order of the 25th September, which I believe you dispatched on Wednesday 30th, as of today I have not had any further information or tracking details from your courier to inform me when I can expect delivery of the goods paid for 8 days ago. I ordered goods on 26th September and am still awaiting on a pending refund clearing in my account. Poor service from a company I held in high regard until this recent poor experience. Please sort out your communication channels when things are wrong in house.

I ordered two golf clubs and a hat over a week ago and have still not received them, they were only despatched on Friday, a week after ordering. When I have paid for the next day delivery in the past it is fine, obviously the free p and p customers don't seem to be worth much, very dissatisfied over all.
