“Wouldn't have bothered with this review but I got an email asking me to rate the service, so here it is. I spent and hour going through their online store as I'd recieved a text advertising a discount I could use. Finished my shopping, applied the discount code in my basket succesfully, then phoned them up to pay over the phone as I had some credit I wanted to use. I was then told that I couldn't use the code on those items, there must be a mistake on the webpage. By the time I'd put the phone down and tried to pay online they'd rectified the mistake and when I continued the amount was different. I sent an email and got a reply basically saying those items weren't in the offer, despite the fact they had been 10 minutes before, and they weren't listed in the exclusions of the offer. Surely if you make that mistake and display the items at that price you have to honour it?”

“I ordered my putter whilst on holiday with my return date home being the 16 August 2015. When I ordered, the Direct Golf website stated that the item was out of stock and would not be available until 19 August, well after I return home from holiday to receive the item. I then received an email on 13 August telling me the item was being dispatched! This obviously concerned me and I had to enter into email exchanges to sort the situation out, something I can do without in the middle of my holiday.”

“As always, service was good, goods delivered as promised, and in good condition Happy with the price, but puzzled with one of the statements. This said that a reduction of£5 would be made? But the delivery note and Bank showed the advertised price taken. Possible that I misread the note, if so please accept my apologies. Best regards, Fred Ramsey G4CNX”

“I was really happy with the service I received in store, my only issue was I ordered my clubs to be delivered into the shop to be picked up a week later (I work away). When I turned up the following week to collect them I found two clubs hadn't been delivered which meant I had to wait another day. Clubs were received the following day however.”

“Received news letter from Direct Golf with actual offer, and from here it was only a few click before it all was ordered. Furthermore did it only take around a week before I had the packet at my Danish doorstep. All in all very satisfied.”
