“Have used Direct Golf in the past and will continue to use in the future however, I will be waiting almost a month for a Cobra driver as the delivery time has now changed due to item out of stock, I may have gone elsewhere for this driver had I realised this, also ordered the matching fairway wood which arrived in less than a week which is great service and cannot be faulted, DG also took another 5% off the driver as I had ordered this before they offered a 15% bank holiday discount, I had ordered this with birthday discount of 10% so excellent service there, overall a great service from Direct Golf and will be recommending to friends.”

“Good overall service to the Channel Islands and one of the first companies to remove the VAT at source. However DG still insist on delivering to the billing address (for obvious security reasons), however I feel that this should be changed once you have made a second order as it has been proved that you are the rightful customer. If like me you work during the day, I'm not at home to receive the delivery and thus it adds a few days to the delivery time by having to wait for it to be re-delivered.”

“Utter incompetence. Phoned to have an order of Ecco biom 2 changed to a smaller size and have their discount Flash15 promotion applied. Was assured it was done- twice! Arrived the wrong size and no discount applied. Phoned to have them exchanged and direct golf arranged courier to pick up next morning but didn't arrive until a day later. Incredibly when the replacements eventually arrived they were still the original wrong size!! Sent back for full refund. I'll just go to the local pro shop and pay the full price and get the right shoes. Don't bother with direct golf, would have given minus stars if I could.”
