“Customer service is first class and very quick to get a problem sorted. The only down side is the limited stock, a few items i wanted were out of stock and i have to wait 2 weeks to get them.”

“Normally bery good with quick delivery but this was the first time i waited a couple of weeks or a response, rebbecca in customer service was fantastic when i ordered my irons i hope someone lets her know how much i appreciated her help and goves her a big pat on the back”

“I would have given these balls a massive 5 stars as they were excellent to hit...... however after an hour of playing, I hit a tee shot and it dissapeared into thin air...... The complimentary towel was a good touch that i wasnt expecting though.”

“I bought a set of irons for £199 which is very good value. I then had to pay £30.00 for the fitting and size over the phone. Which when i picked up my golf clubs at lincoln the staff informed me i could of got it sorted there instead, but with the lifetime guarantee i can get them adjusted. So overall a good experience.”

“Ordered online with voucher code all good. Ordered "before four" for collection the "following day", but ordered on Sunday so not actioned 'till Monday was my guess. Went to pick up Tues (after slightly confusing email messages about progress of item delivery during Mon) & was informed that it would not be delivered to the store until the following day. . . . Monday was a Bank hols so not actioned 'till Tues with collection Wed . . ahhh **** No delivery caveats online when ordered re. Sunday or Bank Holiday **** Store manager had the item in stock so gave to me in lieu of item delivery the following day to his store - really helpful chap - thanks.”

“Having used Direct Golf on line on a number of occasions I find them pretty good and efficient. if I ever have a problem using the on line service I have a Direct Golf shop locally in Lincoln I can go to and the problem is sorted straight away.”

“I asked the sales person if he could leave the item with either a neighbour or put it in my waste bin as I would be out. I also left a note on the front door but this was ignored and the item sent to the local post office which meant another journey. The item itself is very good but passing on a message (to asssit me), only for it to be ignored (or not be actioned), is disappointing.”

“Fairly easy to sign up and use, website was easy to order from. Nice to be able to use Paypal instead of having to have your cards out to pay. Prices were good and items arrived when they should have done. Will use again in the future.”
