“After ordering 2 Footjoy golf gloves for my wife online with the picture of the glove showing as white and the colour box on the order form had only one choice, which was white, I understandably expected to get 2 white gloves, which is what she wanted. I received a brown one and a black one and have now been told that they don't have any white ones and if I want to be re-imbursed then I must package them up, go to the post office and make sure I get a certificate of posting, in case of any problems. Is it worth the bother?”

“Looking for a pair of waterproof golf shoes, I found a pair of puma shoes on the site for £49.99, the description stated 2 year waterproof guarantee. Perfect I thought, ordered the shoes which were delivered in very timely fashion. On opening the package I found a flyer for more direct golf offers, one of the items are my shoes, howeve no mention of any waterproof guarantee!!! so on rechecking the website I find the shoes , and double check the situation, where it states "waterproof - No". So questioning my own sanity I open up the detailed description to find it does indeed say 2 year guarantee! So as a final thought, I decided to check the box they came in , what does that say .....1 year guarantee!! So my bargain shoes appear to either have no waterproof guarantee, a one year guarantee or possibly 2 years!! Please advise???”
