“I always get great service from golf direct. Wether it's live chat, Twitter or ordering from the website the service is great. It's a shame my local branch closed a couple of weeks ago, not sure if it's worth going all the way to reading now. Shame as I'm in the market for some new irons and was hoping for a deal.”

“Not happy. It took forever to receive my tailor-made three wood. Despite chasing direct golf and promises made about next day delivery it finally happened on the third attempt (July to September). This is not the first time I have had problems. I purchased golf shoes which would not fit. I phoned customer service saying I wanted to exchanged for a more expensive pair. They agreed that I would return the original pair and they would forward the new pair and take the difference from my credit card. I returned the original pair same day, other shoes never arrived. After phoning customer service they admitted knowing of the request but, forgot to action. I bought the shoes elsewhere. Looks like I will have to do my golf shopping elsewhere, your sales support is terrible.”

“Exceptional service! Ordered at about noon Thursday and received my package by 9am Friday despite only buying standard delivery (3-5days). This isn't the first time it has happened either! Thoroughly recommend.”

“Direct Golf were excellent however I asked Parcel Force to deliver to my local post office thinking they would use Liskeard but they said it was in the post office in my small village where we only get a service three mornings a week. After a couple of phone calls it will now be delivered hopefully Monday to Liskeard.”
