You have a price match promise, but when I phoned regarding a Garmin S3 GPS watch, you could not match the price after your rep confirmed the price. He did not offer any thing else even when you advertise a 10%difference

Bought golf spikes and paid postage. On recieving them the fixing was the wrong type. Phoned the Wirral shop from Glasgow and asked if I could change them as I would be there the following week. The shop was willing to replace them with the correct type but when I got there they wanted to charge me an extra for pound odd. This will be the last time I buy from this company. Got an m o t and new grips put on my irons a few months ago, the shafts were sticky with glue, some of the grips still had gaps at the top of the shafts and the club faces not properly cleaned

I tried to buy a set of irons 6 months interest free,when I went through the online process the offer was not there.I phoned for advice and was told when I put my card details in I would get the interest free option.When I put my card details in,I got a `thank you for your purchase` message.When I phoned for further advice,I was told I was too late as the transaction had been made. Luckily I could afford the items. On the plus side, the irons are wonderfull,and at a fantastic price

Once again after buying battery for my cart I went to buy a full leather right handed golf glove no chance the usual waffle we can order one in for you I don't know why I bother a very disopointed left handed golfet

Ever found a company that sells gift vouchers but can't spend them on their website? Direct golf is your place! As for shop stock, if you like callaway, best try their competitors if you want to try things on.

Had booked an m.o.t a few days in advance but on arrival at Sandown Park was told it was very busy and so there were time constraints... I'd already bought some golf grips from the website a week earlier and told I could have them fitted for free but they didn't have them in stock that day hence me booking the m.o.t at my nearest store. I was also hoping to get a lie angle check at the same time. The guy looking after me adjusted the lie angles on my irons a degree flatter but was hoping he'd check the wedges too. He then said he wouldn't have time to put the grips on and I reminded him I'd booked in advance and travelled a long way ao didn't want to leave the clubs and come back again. He agreed to do them and returned them quickly with the glue still visible; he told me to use white spirit when I got home... I later discovered the 9 iron wasn't even on securely at the top of the shaft. I was charged £30 for this and made to feel he was doing me a favour not charging me for the re-gripping. He gave a cursory look over my clubs and said all was fine. Very different from the m.o.t video on the website! Felt the whole experience was rushed and didn't ferl valued as a cutomer.

Unfortunately my experience of Direct Golf is very poor. Let me explain:- I ordered online a set of mizuno 825 pro irons, custom fit. What arrived was Mizuno 825 irons, game improvement irons, with a delivery note for a set of mizuno pro's I play off 9. I contacted you immediately and was told that i was the 3rd person to call that day and that the irons were out of stock?. and the irons would be uplifted This did not stop you taking the full payment or not contacting me regarding the order. Poor Service i am afraid. I have made 4 phone calls to your office since the 27th of April regarding my refund and I am still waiting. Unfortunately in this circumstance you have fall well shortof your promise on excellent customer service

The staff at Reading Store were great. However the customer support from the central team was nothing short of appalling. Not once did they do what they said they would do in collecting an incomplete order. It cost me a whole days annual leave and in the end petrol and time to drive to the most local store.

Ordered a new golf bag which I was told was out of stock, then was told was on its way, which then got lost and sent back to Head Office who were very good, rang me and sent off 1st class. Not good had to wait nearly four weeks!

It took more than the promised days to deliver my new equipment. I was promised I could get my shipping cost back but it was already for free. Not ok at all

Bought a putter, it arrived with no headcover. Was told a able to get one. Offered £10 credit note which I still haven't got..... Poor

You advertised some Irons on the website, I visited my local shop in Hemingford with a view to try the clubs and they were totally unhelpful. They didn't have the items in stock which was fair enough but they made no effort to help me find an alternative or provide guidance, I wont be trying there again.

Bought a cheap putter, quick delivery, good price.i thought. But after just two rounds it is severely chipped with black paint dropping off. Not fit for sale at this price in my opinion.

Ordered online, told I'd be contacted by store when parcel arrived but this never happened. When I went in store the staff couldn't be more disinterested, won't use again.

I've been asked for a review but I still haven't received my items. Shirt was out of stock on order (fair enough). 2 months later still not got it despite speaking to customer services who told me it would be dispatched next day delivery around 14 days ago!

When you place an order everything is handled fine but when you have complaints or a faulty item that has to be returned you can wait for ever before you get any results. If this is only so,as in my case,if you are from the mainland I do not know. But I am still waiting to get my club or my money back since I send an obvious faulty club back on april 2. And after calling and E-mailing I am still waiting!!!!
