“On Monday 15th June, I purchased 3 Taylor Made SLDRs. I paid an additional delivery fee to ensure they were delivered next day as this was my day off. I received notification that my delivery would arrive on said Tuesday. By 4.30pm on Tuesday my delivery still hadn't arrived. I contacted Direct Golf who were quick to tell me that my delivery wouldn't arrive today as there had been a problem with my address and would be delivered tomorrow despite the fact that I had paid the additional fee to gain delivery on my day off!!! An attempt was made to make my delivery on Thursday but due to work commitments there was no one at the house to take the delivery in. I was informed that the delivery will be attempted again today but there will be no one at the house as we're working. Hence the reason I paid my additional fee to ensure I was home to receive. I suspect I will now have to go to the delivery depot to collect my items which unless the depot is open on Sunday (I suspect NOT) will now not be for another 10 days!!!!! You have received £392 of my money. I have received ZERO products!!!! Your operation needs seriously looking at. Very very unhappy.”

“I have ordered quite a few items in the last 12 months with Direct Golf and I have been really impressed with the service. Items ordered always come within a couple of days and I have never had to return anything whether it be faulty or the wrong item sent. I would recommend anybody to place an order and I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.”

“My order was collected from shop and did not have my contact number and therefore the staff were unable to telephone me I was told this was common Parcel force issue and then when I got home the two items I had purchased one was not what I had ordered. Can I suggest "Stop Using Parcel force" if this is true. I now telephoned the shop to be advised that I should call customer services to be told the 54deg loft of Cleveland lob wedge they did not stock and therefore they had replaced my order with the next loft size 56deg. I was now advised that they knew of the purchasing error on their web site but it had not been addressed and I could return but if I had known when placing my order I would have placed with another company. The reason for the 54deg Cleveland wedge was to use as a sand wedge as Callaway APEX irons now do not have a SW therefore as I'm just about to place an order for these APEX irons but will be considering where to purchase?”

“I had to phone to see where my order was, and was told there was a problem with one item. I was immediately offered an upgraded product, which I accepted, and the whole order was delivered two days later. Good service.”

“My first dealing with Direct Golf was when I ordered a pair of golf shoes. They were delivered to my door, in the outback of Spain, within the time stated. Unfortunately the shoes developed a fault and I returned them free of charge from England. They were replaced without question and a new pair were delivered to Spain at no cost to me. Just recently I ordered more items from Direct Golf and they were delivered to my local correos (post office) within the week with no problems. I think that Direct Golf offers items at good prices, have an excellent returns service and a brilliant delivery service. Peter Burrows I would definitely recommend them to all golfers.”
