“Ever found a company that sells gift vouchers but can't spend them on their website? Direct golf is your place! As for shop stock, if you like callaway, best try their competitors if you want to try things on.”

“Ordered a battery, arrived and not the one ordered. Also no carry bag or connecting leads. Returned it for a refund as the battery required was not available. Some two weeks and 4 phone calls later still nothing. Spoke with a lady in personnel who resolved the problem and I now have a refund some three weeks later.”

“I had seen the wind shirt in the Teesside Park store but my size was not available. I ordered the top online and it was delivered next day. I am delighted with the goods and indeed the service. I am a very regular customer with Sports Direct and intend to remain so.”

“I received an email to detail the expected delivery date of the goods I had ordered - the following day I received a second email to say parcel was going to be delayed (no reason given). When parcel did arrive it was 'double' packaged the outside polylope had a DPD logo. Inside was the dirtiest shredded heavily gaffa taped up package with City Link logos all over the place. I thought City Link went bust before Xmas? When I stated that the inner package was shredded there were seven slashes/rips through the outer packaging with bruising on the goods packages as well as other issues luckily the only damage to the contents of the polylope was the packages were dirty covered in what I could only describe as soot like. It made my hands and fingers dirty and black. As a result of this I will not use this organisation again and I will recommend to friends not to use them also. What a disappointment.”

“When Direct Golf have a sale or offers, move quick for the best bargains. Usually golf balls have a good discount from their normal price and undercuts most other retailers”

“Direct Golf is a good solid company, but very expensive. Even when a sale is on, the thirts and trousers and clubs etc are far cheaper at other outlets. I look at prices a lot as Itake a golf party abroad, and buy prizes 3 for each player, and I pick up items at less than 1/2 Direct Golf prices.”
