“so glad we found this company, we have ordered furniture from various on line companies only to be let down on arrival, quality, and description. i can honestly say this company is absolute 5 star service all round. super fast next day delivery with full tracking and up dates, the chair we ordered was first class quality and at a fraction of the cost of other web sites, we are due to move house shortly and will be using MDM for all our new purchases from now on.”

“Efficient delivery. One pack of assembly screws incorrect. Easily and cheerfully rectified with prompt delivery of pack of correct fixtures. Haven't sat on the chairs yet (waiting for a table from elsewhere) but they're looking funky!!”

“The original chair I was sent was damaged. I emailed photos' across and then was asked to resend them as apparently not received. I then asked for a replacement and a date was arranged (6 days later) . I waited in all day but you messed up and could not then fulfil the order on this date. I arranged a second date for delivery of the replacement and pick up of the damaged chair - new chair arrived and was the wrong colour and no pick up of the original chair. Stephen did try to help at this point and apologised, however new chair arrived this morning with exactly the same fault as the 1st (I would have thought that would have been checked before despatch given initial issue). Really unimpressed with the customer service and quality of product. Have asked for a full refund.”

“I ordered 5 Charles Eames dining chairs, received 4 damaged and mouldy chairs and one went missing. There was no protection at all when the box arrived. Some look has been used. Called customer service to find the missing one and returned the rest. Fortunately, unlike other reviews who have been waiting long time for the refund, I got the refund within one week. Went on Tesco to buy exactly the same chairs with only around £2 more each, came with speedy delivery and excellent packaging. All legs were properly sealed.”
