“Placed order which arrived a couple of days later without fuss. Really pleased with purchase which was a chair exactly described as per website. So pleased we ordered 5 more. 4 were on a preorder but MDM contacted me the following morning to let me know when they would be available. Excellent service.”

“Incredibly impressed with the efficiency of this company. I ordered 8 Eames-style chairs on Tuesday (from France) and they arrived in perfect condition, two days later, in Paris. The price per chair - 38 Euros - was cheaper than Ikea, and much better quality. Delivery was very reasonable. Highly recommended.”

“I was really impressed with the level of service and support from MDM. I was really up against it to get some furniture ordered and delivered to cornwall. The guys were fantastic! They arranged a really reasonable delivery quote for a Saturday and from my first enquiry to delivery of my chairs, it was 22 hours! great chairs, great service, great colleagues!”

“The website experience and delivery was perfect, easy to use, easy to register, and really quick delivery and left with my neighbour which was really helpful. The price was the best I could find of the model of chair that I wanted. However, my only concern is that the chair I ordered is white plastic and had black marks all over it, at least 5 large marks. I have had to scrub the chair with a 'magic eraser' as it is a Christmas present and wanted it to be perfect and the marks wouldn't come off with a damp cloth. If it had been a smaller product I would have sent it back for a replacement but it doesn't fit it my car and didn't want the hassle of returning such a large item/being around for a collection. It's a shame that the quality of the product or quality control has let down my experience of mdm.”

“I've given MDM furniture a 4 star rating, there service, speed and price really were good. The delivery was very fast (2 days for 2 large chairs) and the delivery company sent emails updating me of progress and gave me a 1 hour slot on the day of delivery which was fantastic. The actual furniture was not quite what I expected however, but this was not necessarily MDM's fault. The problem was with the Verner Panton plastic chair I ordered. It had a dimpled plastic finish which made it look cheap. They use professional photographers for their website and I could see that there was a Matt finish to the chairs but I don't feel the true nature of the finish was conveyed in their photos. They're refunding but I pay for return. A good company though, and would use again no problem”

“Prior to the sale, the guys were happy to discuss bundle options on purchasing a full dining set, as well as helping find the perfect time for delivery, where I had a small window available. When a piece was unavoidably damage during delivery, a redelivery was arranged that same day, and the whole dining set looks fantastic in my kitchen. Everything seems to be good quality, and looks great. I'd happily recommend to anyone.”

“Although very happy with goods trying to re-order a second I found it impossible to use your page. Firstly every time I tried to pay by card I was thrown off, then I could not find any evidence of my first order. Not very efficient in my opinion.”

“I placed an order for some chairs that were stated as 'in stock', I paid via PayPal and received my confirmation. I then received an email saying the items were on order, due to be in stock in almost 2 months time! I was offered the opportunity to wait 2 months or have a refund. I replied asking why I was able to place and pay for the order and that I would like a refund. The refund was given but no further communication. I wouldn't order from here again.”
