ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.. Direct Vapor is a SCAM I ordered a Crown 3 tank at almost too good to be true price.. sure was. Plus coils and 2 batts. Paid over $50 worth of product and I have nothing. I ordered on 4/17 paid express shipping $9.95 8 days later have yet to receive email notification my order has shipped. I can understand COVID delays but this is out of hand. On 4/24 I received an order from another vendor placed 4/20 with standard shipping.

They cant handle the amount of customers they are getting. Skip this place it says a 72 hour delay before your order ships. I gave up after a week and paid expedited shipping. Cant get direct refund. I will be contacting my bank. AVOID these people either amateurs or liars. Either way its bad.

Purchased juice and a Novo 2 kit 6 days ago....it’s still being “packaged”. No way to cancel the order, customer service is extremely useless and I had to hunt down their number through all types of back channels. Because of this I had to go to a local vape shop and buy what I needed. I have spent hundreds on Vape products and on a whim decided to get a new toy, well never again from this crappy company.

Amidst all of the frustration over the COVID-19 shipping delays I would like to add that the DirectVapor support responded to my inquiries about overnight-shipping concerns and refunded me those costs upon the delivery of my items per my request. They responded in a timely manner and even when I got frustrated about the wait they were kind with their responses. I think everyone needs to take a deep breathe and recognize that companies are struggling and that’s the way it is (even when the nic cravings start kicking in). I appreciate their efforts.

Terrible all around. Awful site, god awful customer service, nothing is done in a timely manner. I will never give this place my business again. Worst online or any kind of vape shop hands down. Prices are cheap so you pay for their shipping (expect broken goods) but your total order to arrive time is no different. Unless you want your products weeks later, wrong and/or broken items, stale juices, and to be treated and talked to like a child, i would shop elsewhere.

First time ordering got email saying they can't ship until I give them a pic of drivers license AND last 4 digits ss#!! WTF?? I came here to see if they were legit or scammers!! So they'll have my bday, drivers license AND partial ss# ?? No f*cking way!!

This is a great site if you want to look at products. The fact that they are ALWAYS out of stock makes if difficult to give a review any farther than that. Weeks, and months go by, and it's impossible to order anything. I suggest just taking down the items you don't have, since there doesn't seem to be a plan to replenish the stock.

Just used them for the first time and ordered some salts and some pods for my smok fit. Everything came in a timely manner and is exactly what I expected. And there prices are great too

On april 14th I placed an order. I payed an extra 30.00 for overnight shipping. Todays the 20th still says being packaged. I sent an email to customer service to explain what's going on with my order to only be ignored.

I placed a order for 2 bottles of juice and a pack of coils who’ll paying an additional $9.95 for 2 day shipping on 4/12/20. It is now 8 days later I have no package and when I contacted them through their support portal they never respond. If I could give zero stars I would. I spent over $70 for the worst device I have ever had online.

I've ordered a pack of coils and a bottle of e-juice the e-juice never came in (was bought on april 9th 2020, writing this on april 19th 2020) the coils were fine but their wasn't a box well there was a box but the coils weren't in it because the bottom was open The e-juice delivery has been "completed" yet the only thing I got was a late amazon delivery

Expensive and terribly late shipping. Paid for expedited. Items shipped 6 days after paying even though in stock. I've sent several requests to support to inform them that this was to be expedited shipping and should have shipped within 24 hours - give me my money back - but just continue to be ignored. Don't order here.

Do not buy anything from them. They will ignore you if you want to exchange a damaged or wrong item. Bad customer service. Never again.

I had purchased bottles of juice from DirectVapor in the past & had no issues, but this time they shipped me an old bottle of ejuice. It was clearly outdated, as the color had mutated into a nasty brown. I decided to vape it anyway & it has proved to be one of the most disgusting vaping experiences I've ever had. I will not be shopping with them ever again. I do hope others see this review & take caution when ordering products from these goons. I say they are goons, because there's no visible customer service on their site. It's pretty bogus for a business not have some sort of customer service. More bogus to sell old/outdated products as new ones... shame on y'all.

I decided to give them a second chance and the same thing happened both times. I paid an extra $9.95 for expedited shipping even though I bought more than enough to qualify for free shipping. it said 2 to 4 day shipping. Well today is day 3 and it hasn't even been packaged yet. I will not use them again and I recommend going elsewhere for your vape needs. Pretty funny the only good reviews they got are from anonymous posters.

Order 2 bottles for a total of $56. Only one bottle came. When I asked for the second bottle I was issued a $17 credit instead. I'm not the smartest guy in the world but last I checked half of $56 is $28 not $17. I asked repeatedly for an appropriate solution to this problem and was told "You were only missing one bottle. We wouldn't send you a gift card for what two bottles cost." ???? They have since stopped responding to my inquiries. This is my first time doing business with them and apparently you have to pay for their mistakes. They're losing a customer over $11.

Horrible customer service. I ordered multiple items and paid for expedited shipping, only to be notified after payment was excepted that orders would be delayed 72 hours and that expedited orderes would be delivered no more than 48 hours after processing. It has been over a week now and my order on their website has been being packed for 5 business days. In addition I have submitted 3 customer service inquiries and none have been answered. This site is a joke. Do not use their services. It will be a waste of time and money. They have failed to meet the expectations they have created for their clients on many different occasions please review their site reviews not just here but through the Better business bureau etcetera. They logistically are inadequate and handle their negative business practices with horrible customer service! Plan on canceling orders and being out your money up to one month.
