misleading advertisement for the website! don't buy from them! they mention they have 15 days return policy, but it doesn't include any starter kit and vapes!!! I assume it only includes E_liquids!!! they don't mention they have terms and conditions when you click on "15 DAY RETURN POLICY"!!!! I guess it is hidden somewhere on the website so when you complain they can say oh, we have it!! I bought an item and I wanted to return it, they said I don't qualify for returns!! such a scam! I am very mad at them. not gonna buy any single thing from them.

Buyer Beware!! Do NOT use this company. If you move to a new address, you are completely unable to remove your old address from your profile. Further, you must manually select your new address every time you order. Since this is difficult to remember sometimes, you may inadvertently send your product to your old address. And Direct Vapor will do NOTHING to help you. They will keep your money and do nothing. This has happened to me twice. The first time it happened, I caught my mistake, but try to reach this company to let them know - almost impossible. They don't even have a working phone number on their website with which to call them. How ridiculous! How can any company conduct legitimate business without a working phone number published on their website for customers to call them?!? After frantically emailing them, they finally replied, but it was nerve racking. This last time I ordered from them, I never caught the address thing, my old address that I cannot seem to remove from their database. So, they shipped $55 worth of product to my old address. I have no way of getting it now. And Direct Vapor will not do anything! Losers. I will NEVER use this company again. There are MANY other vendors out there who offer THE EXACT SAME product with THE EXACT SAME delivery methods and the other companies actually have BETTER websites with BETTER access to them as well. I IMPLORE YOU, if you are considering doing business with Direct Vapor, know that EVERY SINGLE transaction you conduct with them is SOLELY at your risk. They will not help you should you encounter ANY problems. DO NOT USE DIRECT VAPOR! Bad corporation. Not ethically conducting business in my opinion.

I'm pretty shocked to see so many negative reviews because I've had nothing but good experiences with them. No issues at all and fast shipping (I get my packages within a week each time even with Covid delays). Shipping fees never bothered me because even with shipping fees, I still end up paying less money for my order than if I were to go to one of the many vape shops in my area.

id give them less then 1 star if i could. I ordered from them expecting my package that could fit inside a envelope that they charged me a extra 10dollars for, for 2 business day shipping. Wells its been 3 business days and it hasnt even shipped yet. Corona virus isnt a excuse if your still accepting my money for a specific service you are not providing me with.

terrible shipping times. i payed 10 dollars to ship a item you could fit in a envelope with 2 day shipping. It has already been 3 business days + the weekend and its not even shipped. When i finally called them their automated voice just blames it on the coronavirus. Sure wish they would of said 3-7 business days before we ship your order BEFORE i ordered it. Not 5 days after while im calling to figure out what is wrong with my order.

I need my money back I just wasted money for nothing and didn’t receive anything if only I know I had a (bigweedbrothers. com) around me I think that will be my best bet bought my stuff with no stress I love these company

Like many of you, I wish I'd found these reviews before I ordered. I paid for priority shipping and it took 11 days to get some batteries. When I contacted them they rationalized, contradicting their own order info. This is the first negative review I've ever written for anything. Just a terrible company.

I ordered a vap mod and battery with express shipping 2-4 days on 1/8/2020. As of today the tracking # they provided states the label created it is “Pre-Shipment USPS is awaiting the item”. I contacted the customer service # which Is impossible to actually speak to a person. I was on hold “due to high call volume” for over 1 hour. I finally reached out to the email customer service center which was both more than automated responses. They insist the USPS has this package so I spent another 45 minutes on the phone with USPS in fact that tracking # USPS has no record of, other than a label has been created. So I can only assume I have been scammed out of money from this company. Since it’s been over the 2-4 days past my express shipping that I paid for. This company if they were legitimate would have offered to refund the shipping costs when I contacted them ,yet they did not only offered excuses and blamed USPS for “not scanning the tracking #. Since I have ordered another mod & battery (exactly the same item) and it has shipped and will be in my mail box Friday. Stay away from this company. They are scamming people out of hard earned money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with my credit card company as well.

Ordered from this company with a brand new debit card never used for anything else and a week later fraudulent $1700 transaction appeared on my account. This company's a joke. Disgusting. Use at your own risk.

In Sept. our credit card number was stolen and we couldn't figure how. Low and behold, we get a letter in Dec. Stating they had a breach the same week we ordered and card numbers and info were stolen. BOOM... What a PITA when you have so much tied to your card. They waited 3 months to notify customers even tho they have all our email addresses. Never again...

Everything on here is true. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Lies, lies, and more lies everytime I call. Their practices are deceptive and their customer service is awful. Rudest people I've ever spoken too. Still waiting for my shipment 20 days later, but you better believe their billing is quick and efficient. My card was charged within a minute. They won't refund once they create a shipping label and that's the catch, as soon as they get your order they create it whether they ship it or not. Don't order from here. I wish I had looked them up first. Lesson learned.

If you're expecting quick shipping, look elsewhere. I paid for priority shipping and it took 7 days just to make it to the distribution facility. As I'm typing this I'm still waiting for my order. Never ordering from here again. Direct Vapor sucks balls.

I ordered a product on November 28th and paid extra for priority shipping 2-4 days. Today is December 4th and not only do I still not have my product the package was just shipped today, 6 days after I ordered even when I paid for quick shipping. I submitted a ticket days ago and received no response.

I ordered 2 vape pens kits. I called as soon as I got it and one was so harsh I could't use. It felt like it would burn my mouth. Customer service was to email me a return authorization. Never received. I called them again and the lady said someone would call me. the one I thought was ok started to do the same thing. I changed the coil and put new oil in it , didn't help. I thought maybe a coil would be available in less harsh taste. I have pretty much given up on them. That is $100.00 lesson.

I will DEFINITELY order from Direct vapor again.I ordered 2 Aegis X'S and set of batteries Sunday night and received them on that Thursday (only because of holiday Wednesday). I also put my coupon code in and website kept taking if it off on final page but I talked to customer service and they asked me what code I used and still honored it and refunded the difference. I read alot of bad reviews after ordering and got really worried I was going to get ripped off but they were great in every area as far as getting products to me on time, responding back to me when I reached out to them, and the vapes are awesome. Thank you direct vapor!! Oh yeah prices were great also that is why I ordered from them in first place
