If you want it in a week and a half you have to pay more for 2-4 day shipping because it takes them 4-6 days to pack it. How hard can shipping a bottle be. They would get more business if they had a one day packing policy.

I just got hung up on. Miserable customer service!!!They also shipped someone else's vape to me and my package came COD!! I spent way over 100 bucks! I have been a customer for 4 years It is real easy if you hate people get a new job. There are a lot of other sources for vaping supplies.

I have been after them to cancel my order. I have found the same product at a cheaper price. They have yet to send my package after several days now, and are denying my request for my order cancellation. They have the worst customer service and not the best prices. They seem shady. I would advice NEVER order from them.

direct vapor review Initially these reviews worried me, but after realizing that most people suffer from a lack of patience - and an ability to be understanding, I decided to take the plunge. I’m so glad I did because not only did they follow through with their 3-day packing period (they actually packed it within 1.5 days), but they also met the priority shipping commitments that I paid extra for. The total amount of days waited (not counting Sunday and the day I ordered it) for the items was 2 1/2. Although people claim to understand, it seems that they don’t quite get the severity of the pandemic right now, especially in the earlier months of March/April. I ordered another box mod kit almost TWO MONTHS ago from another online vape store, and I still have not received it. After being assured I would eventually get it - I stopped and took a breath and decided to make another order from somewhere else. Even though this is disappointing, it still doesn’t warrant a 1 or 2 star review - especially because i don’t know, there are people dying. The fact that Direct Vapor is still able to provide services, and fulfill orders in a timely manner (even despite some issues) shows their commitment to their customers, and to their employees who probably need their jobs. I also want to remind everyone that if you pay for 2 day shipping at USPS right now, it could take up to a week or more to arrive to its destination. This has been improving lately but keep in mind that this isn’t ideal but it’s affecting everyone - and despite what people might think, a company cannot control or change the issues of shipping right now. (BTW i’m not dismissing complaints that are valid, as I’m sure there are areas where improvements can be made, but a 1 star for a 1.5 weeks shipping delay is excessive and unnecessary. Think about it, 1.5 weeks, or TWO PLUS MONTHS?

I placed my order April 29 and I still haven’t received my order it’s now may 14!!! 😡

So many negative reviews, I can't complain. Received my Falcon King Tank in seven days. Not bad considering I can't find a Falcon M1+ coil in Riverside County. Great price and at least I have two more coils to get me thru the lockdown✌🇺🇸

I'm computer challenged, my daughter helped me make my first order, everything went well, I decided to make another order this morning, I called customer service and spoke to DARLENE, she answered all my questions and helped me make my second order, that was great, I had a couple more questions this evening so I called customer service again, KATHERINE was my representative, she answered all my questions and was patient with me, so all in all VAPOR DIRECT has awesome customer service and awesome products, sincerely Larry Lee

Told due to coronavirus my shipment would be delayed by 72 hours...and I paid for priority shipment..10 days later I canceled the order..the spare pods that I ordered at the same time came in a week..but no mod..terrible business practices...and total liars...don't not even shop here ever..should be looked into for fraud.

Customer service sucks. Takes way to long to ship. I paid $30 for overnight shipping it took them almost a week to ship it. By that Time I purchased another mod from a brick and mortar store in my neighborhood.

only writing a review bc of all the bad ones. i ordered a mico and juice, then a few days later started looking up reviews which made me so nervous, i thought for sure i was getting fucked over. but to my suprise, everything showed up on time and honestly i have no complaints. very relieved

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IM IN AFGHANISTAN AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR NEARLY A MONTH AFTER PARTING WITH NEARLY $200 THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING IVE EMAILED WITH VERY LITTLE RESPONSE IVE TELEPHONE CALLED NO ANSWER!!!! MAD IS A UNDERSTATEMENT SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE I WAS LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE SORCE NOT A HEADACHE!!!! LESSON LEARNT CHECK THE REVIEWS NEXT TIME!

Absolutely awful customer service. No correspondence. Not to let me know they required an ID check, not to tel me the status of my order. The tracking number on the site does not show any information. I have requested customer support over 7 days ago and then again 4 days ago. Still have not heard back from them. Basically it feels like they have just stolen nearly $200 from me.

Worst company ever to order online from. I paid for 2 day shipping. First off took them 9 days just to process and ship order then took another 4 days to receive me order. DO NOT ORDER from DIRECT VAPOR!!!!

"Little Scam Place" Do not even order from this place at all period. Bad service, bad shipment, no contact information. They wait until your payment is cleared through before packing and sending your product which takes more than two weeks. The 1 days shipment is nothing but a fraud. Don't do business with people like this. Middle finger to the owner who run this.

I just before we were told we were going into lockdown in Melbourne Florida I scoured the town for my Brightleaf vapor I only found one store that I had to take the freeway to get to I bought six refills so I did not look like a hoarder and wipe them out Then I got home and ordered online 10 packs In the meantime I got sick and I was hospitalized That was on Tuesday before Easter and I did not get out of the hospital until holy Saturday And I was still very sick in bed My doctor told me I could no longer use vapor products or cigarettes so a few days ago I called to return my 10 packs which I had not opened even the main package and they said sorry I hope you’re feeling better but you’re past the 15 day limit Even after I explained that I was very ill due to nicotine products and their product probably did not help my health they would not issue me a refund so I have 10 packs of vapor I can do nothing with Just thought you should know what type of people they are on top of that I am 63 years old and living on a fixed income
