So first of all, they will sell you items that they dont have in stock and not inform you. Then when you request a refund after waiting for almost a month they dont respond for 4 days and then miraculously the item in now in stock so instead of giving you a refund they ship the item that you no longer wanted. I also noticed that they hold other items that are in stock if you order multiple items and some are out of stock. They customer service sucks and i will never order from direct vapor again.

BUYER BEWARE! Cyber Monday 2019. They emailed the day after purchase stating they needed the last 4 of my social security number and/or a picture of my ID. They state this is because of FDA regulations and they need to verify age. It was at this point that I realized the site was scamming me, unfortunately it was after they took my money. I wish I had read the reviews about this site prior to purchase. This incident was filed with the BBB for fraudulent activity.

After years of ordering from many different vape sites, this pathetic company has been the only one that I have an issue with. They made some excuse that USPS is not scanning packages. They now have to ship another one and now the items I ordered are not in stock. I paid extra on shipping to receive my items quicker which was a mistake. I am literally still waiting form my shipment a month later. Pathetic, and scamming its customers, I dont understand how this company is still in business.

Sends out faulty products, not once but twice. Filed a BBB complaint on DirectVapor in which they stated a gift card would be issued. It never was. Customer Service does not know anything about what they sell. Overall, I recommend staying clear from this place regardless of their lower prices.

One they mailed me the wrong item And two instead of sending me the right item through the 2-day express that I requested and paid for, they are sending it via priority mail which takes 2-4 days. It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't pay an extra $20 dollars for the shipping to have them mail me the wrong one but to use a different shipping that cost less is what I'm upset about

Bait and switch company based in Florida.....false promises and insulting emails.They have not a clue as to the meaning of customer service.Its a bad time for the vaping business right now and they still shoot themselves in the foot to get your money.

After reading through all these reviews, I was EXTREMELY hesitant to buy from direct vapor. But my normal shop was out of my flavor, and the other shop near me is double the price, $30 per bottle of 100ml. I placed my order Sunday night, and my jaw DROPPED when I saw my total of $25 for 3 yes THREE 100mg bottles of Kings Pink Squares, so I figured it was cheap enough to either take a loss or get a GREAT deal. That's with the $3 tracking shipping, obviously I wanted to be able to track it after these horrifying reviews. Here were are now on Thursday, my ENTIRE order came at 11am EVERYTHING PERFECT BRAND NEW NON TAMPERED CONDITION, NOTHING MISSING!!!!!!! I knew I HAD to leave this review, because obviously other ppl reading these comments are gonna have the same doubts I did. I mean I was really convinced to NOT buy from this place, however, I'm SOOOOO glad I did. So if you're deciding if you're gonna take the chance, I'd say do it, just maybe stick to a cheap order just incase. I also suggest doing the $3 shipping WITH TRACKING. ALSO VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!! IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST ORDER, THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE 2 PICS OF YOUR LICENSE TO CONFIRM YOUR AGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Mine went through instantly, but that is seriously important because they will NOT ship until you do that. I read a lot of reviews about ppl not understanding the SIMPLE AF age verification, & I read that most ppl have problems use the 2 day shipping. Anyways, sorry for the book, thanks for reading, & I hope this helps someone. 🤷‍♀️

After taking money out of my account they stopped my shipment saying they cannot verify my age I have uploaded photos of my license too many times to count and they keep denying it over & over I have sent 3 emails and have gotten no response... I just want my money back...

First off they do have decent prices. However they have no customer service. I looked everywhere for a number to call regarding my VERY late order. After a month of waiting I had to contact them someway and found an email. I emailed them three separate times and never received a response. My fourth email I demanded a refund. They responded to that and said my order was on backorder. I understand that this happens but this was never communicated to me. I was told I need to watch the order status for updates. I check daily and it constantly states preparing for shipment but never shipped. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. That was three days ago and I have not heard back or received a refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER give them any of my hard earned money again. Stay away!

They shipped 3 out of 4 of the items in my order. They even marked the 3 items as shipped and the 4th as not shipped. They charged me for the entire order and marked the order as complete. The 4th item was a $30 tank. I sent them an e-mail every day. After a week of no response I contacted me CC company. Don't buy here.

I usually do not write reviews, but the last few time I interacted with Direct Vapor customer service agents has compelled me to write a review. Honestly, if I could give em more than 5 stars, I would. The support agent was very very attentive to the issues I raised, followed up the next day, and left a voicemail with updates. Overall it is a very pleasant experience with their customer service.

Buyer Beware! Literally, No customer service at all! I never recieved my, "out of stock" item. I checked on their website to see if the product was in stock, hoping to give them the benefit of a doubt. It was back in stock, so that was a strike. I never recieved a status update. Another strike. I never saw a status update on my order once I received my partial order. (7 day free shipping sounds nice but not worth the hassle down the road) I never heard back from customer Service. I only recieved system generated response every time I sent a request for status. (6 times in 7 days) and there are no customer service phone numbers listed to call. Ordered the product 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was a dedicated customer until this happened. "At this point I'm just swinging at anything that fly's over the plate." Fortunately, I was lucky enough to recover my money via my banking institution. They aren't the only vape distributors. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I now have products I can't return, they just can't be trusted. Never again!

3 days ago I placed an order and my CC was debited. Status says "age verification" and no place to verify age, I sent 4 tickets to customer service and no answer. Seems this is a scam? Got robbed?

This has been goin on for months now. I order a pack of tank replacements and 1 e-liquid. Got it with no problem. Then I received another package of my same order, I did not order this second package at all. As I’ve already gotten what I need on my ONE AND ONLY ORDER. Anyways, I brushed it off that maybe I could’ve been at fault and that I might’ve made a mistake. I gave DirectVapor another go, so I bought myself a starter vape pen. Got it again no problem. Although, some how. I got another package of my first order which was again, the replacement tanks and the same e-liquid. Need I remind y’all. I only order those items ONCE. I told my self “maybe the website is buggy, maybe by removed MY **saved card** that this would stop. Absolutely wrong, I got another package of the same damn things. It makes no sense to me as to why I’m getting this when I’ve already got rid of my card from the “saved cards”. This is clearly some sick joke and no honest mistake. My first time ordering cost me $23+, now imagine getting charged more than that more than 3-4 times without you knowledge. Until receiving an email about THE ORDER. I’ve emailed them about it and they said they taken care of it. The next day... you guessed it. Another automatic order completely, that I completely didn’t do myself. I don’t understand why this is happening to me, this situation I’ve been put should never happen to me or anyone else. If anyone is experiencing the same thing, please reach out to me. If somehow this goes to far. Please support me once I take legal action, I’d appreciate it if there are many experiencing the same thing so we can take this stupid website down or something. No one deserves this.
