Why does my shipping label say cancelled? 9400111895369825074347 tracking number

My order number is 2801615847 Colleen Mysliwiec. I should have been sent an e-mail regarding the total price I was given, but being I didn't receive one, I assumed there was a problem and you didn't accept my order. I had to call my bank because I had a mystery withdrawal. The charge should have been $47.80, but it was $50.67. You not only stole the difference without my approval, but I didn't get the 10% off that I was promised. Then, another problem. I only deposit enough in my account to cover a purchase. Being you didn't verify that my order, I used some of the $47.80 to buy a few things at the grocery store. When you put my order through, I didn't have enough to cover it. They charged me $5.00 to automatically transfer enough from another account to cover it. So, you overcharged me; didn't give me my discount; didn't show how much I was being charged or verified that my order went through; and cost me another $5.00 penalty for not enough money to pay for my purchase. You have violated several business laws. Consumer Protection (state Attorney General) should get involved in you business practices. I thought I'd see how you handle before I go any farther.
