“It is so frustrating to go to the shop and find that a product -is out of stock. Then online it says available, you place an order then few days to be told its not available while it still shows available online. Two of the shops the item shows online but when i call to confirm they are out of stock for the same product. Why are you not updating products online. Dermopal Sunscreen shows available online and in store in most shops but dololo! stock.”

“I had an order made on Monday evening on Thursday when I called the customer care I got 2 different informations. I got an sms on Tuesday saying my parcel is with the courier guys. On Friday when I called back I had still not received my parcel and it was only then dispatched to the courier guys. They online service it’s not reliable at all.”

“I took my baby for her routine vaccine to pavilion Dis-Chem at 9am and as I get there another lady is sitting and also waiting for a 9 am appointment for a covid test with only one nurse working now how does that work ?? I was so worried and on edge the entire time , how are vivid tested being done in the same clinic as children being vaccinated I found that completely ridiculous and will not be taking my baby back to a did hem pharmacy !!”

“Your app is really a pain to use. The ticking of the products once trying to conclude is confusing and nonsensical. Then if you happen to close the app before actually paying you lose your whole basket. It's slow and sluggish in between as well. Why are some simple items not available for delivery. So what's the use of the delivery system if you have to collect some items. Why is your chronic meds not on the app for you to order when needed. Very confusing and frustrating. Then whoever answers the phone(if you lucky) I can never get the correct medication. The service could really do with some improvement. Great idea but poorly executed. Not user friendly at all.”

“I had problem with back pain, due to posture. I am busy with my studies , I spend most of my day and nights sitting.Than,that has some negative effects on my back. l was assisted by Lerato Mushapo at Tshwane Regional Mall who attended to my problem with ease. She recommended few things one of them was Back Support Belt.That belt works wonders 😊🤗,she also recommended the Neuro Vance Focus ,sachets for concentration and brain function. I can boast, she was of great help,friendly and she needed all details of the problem. Thanks Lerato for coming into my rescue, I'm so grateful , she also recommended concentration supplements that require Doctors examining,I am definitely considering that.Thanks Lerato @Tshwane Regional Mall.”

“I am so disappointed with the level of service at your Woodmead branch, first I booked to weigh on a Saturday a service that costs when I got there I was told it's closed. Then I have ordered meds twice and both times I am told driver had a puncture when I call again James says it wasn't a puncture the drivers were overwhelmed, one never expects lies”
