“yes, my order arrived quickly but was delivered to the wrong address. First it was delivered on the wrong day and retried to and then to my neighbour. Thank goodness I have honest neighbours who had to take time out of his day to bring it down.”

Hi Ellen, Sorry to hear there were issues with your delivery! We try to make sure our orders are delivered as soon as possible, but the holiday season can cause some delays. Another package was sent out as soon as this was brought to our attention.

“The courier service that discountcoffee entrust with their deliveries, DPD, is a disgrace. They have failed to deliver the order and have not informed us as customers what the status of the order is. As it stands we have no information regarding when the order will be delivered. Not impressive service.”

“You delivered the wrong coffee- not what I ordered. Also, your delivery charg is exorbitant. €6.49 for one bag is way too expensive. I get DPD deliveries to my house in Foxrock for way less than that. Order # 100030667”

“Delivery or rather non-delivery. It took over five working days for my coffee to arrive. Courier lied about trying to contact me from the Monday to the Friday saying that he had phoned me every day and got no reply. Rubbish. I'm have my mobile powered on 24/7 and have never ever had a missed call. I suggest that either Discount Coffee or the Courier Company check his mobile phone record for proof that I received no such calls. And then give him his marching orders.”
