I would like to stress that when the service is delivered as intended, it is wonderful. My issue is entirely related to customer service regarding a problem that arose from an understandable error. The wrong address was printed on the label of my delivery(different to the one I had supplied), due to human error. This was frustrating but could happen in any business. My major issue was the lack of accountability for the error with both representatives I spoke to refusing to acknowledge the error was with Pure Coffee Roaster and not DPD. I did state I was a loyal customer and was generally very happy with the service, recommending it to other business, I was told that this was obviously a one off mistake that couldn't be help which I thought was inappropriate considering I stressed the inconvenience this caused as this was a business order for an event. Without acknowledging fault, I was offered two solutions - Cancel my order or accept a 10% discount on my next order which I considered to be terrible customer service. I still needed part of the order and only compensating my inconvenience if I purchase more products from you really was disappointing. I strongly suggested creating and/or improving policy around customer service and would like to reiterate that now. Business like Pure Coffee Roasters survive on repeat custom and referrals and the way these issues are handled heavily impact this I have still to receive my order and was on the phone to DPD this evening, it seem that when the error was followed up by your customer service representative they did not give the full and correct address so the package was undeliverable until I made contact While, in my experience, these issues do not happen often with your service; they still need to be handled with the upmost care to maintain your reputation. I sincerely hope improvements will be made

On the website, it says deliver next day, but I got it two days later, and it was delivered to wrong place as it was sent to upstairs. And the deliver man didn't contact me to confirm.

Lavazza beans arrived 6 months after production, only 6 months left on date. I.e. Not as fresh as they should be.

you did not send order next day i had to phone up only to find out the van driver put it on next doors step we live in the country he told me the dog had a colord eye we have no dog why didnt he put it on our step we were in the house he could havephoned us ps i have just placed another order i love the coffee

Coffee arrived on time but worked out very expensive when a delivery charge of €6:49 was added. Website allowed me to pay through PayPal before the delivery became cost apparent.

Web site still very awkward compared to old one. I am a mobile user...maybe this is thea reason. Hard to find items

The website is easy to navigate and I received my coffee beans the next day which is great but the coffee itself is awful....so sorry....i was really excited to have found a strong decaf bean as i am a coffee lover (minus the caffeine)...I won't be drinking this coffee unfortunately. Thank you for the great service tho.

The new website is difficult to use and hard to navigate. Purchase cannot be completed when using chrome mobile. Had to use browser. Maybe desktop version is better I dunno

Took a long time to arrive and was more expensive per unit than Tesco's (excluding the p&p - so once postage is included it was very expensive considering the slow delivery time).

Bought Lavazza ESE pods, it was such a good price I bought 2 lots, that's 300 pods. Unfortunately, the coffee is quite weak so I have to use 2 each time. This is very disappointing as they were such a good price, I thought I had found a permanent source for our office coffee. The search continues...

Hi Kevin, As we don't produce Lavazza products we have no control over the strength or blend of their coffees, may i suggest you give our own French Roast ESE pods a go as this would be our strongest blend
