“Your website is rubbish, I ordered items which were out of stock”

“Have not recieved my order,it has been cancelled due to rediculous I,D requests im just fed up now and want a refund! I'm nearly 40 and couldn't place my order with a passport, bank card and provisional driving licence ! Then they wanted me to go on WhatsApp which I don't even have so I give up eventually. Still not received a refund or my order”

As you bought an age restricted 18+ product, we are required to age verify you. This is done automatically, however, you failed verification so we need to request further information. We use WhatsApp as it is secure for sending personal documents. You haven't replied to our last request for ID and did not ask for a refund so the order is still pending ID verification. I will have the cancellation processed and you will be refunded immediately.

“I have shopped 6-7 times. I have never had a problem with any of them. In my last order, they sent me a missing product. They did not send my product even though they charged the full price. I sent an email because there might be a mistake. No response. I wrote on Instagram and got an automatic response. I also sent an email to the email address in the automatic response, still no response. A good company as long as you do not have a problem. If you have a problem, you cannot find anyone. There are many companies selling at the same prices. It makes more sense to shop from a company that has a customer representative.”

“Nobody to call. Email responses take too long for a response. Deliveries are regularly missing items with the excuse being 'the item was damaged'. Whilst damage can happen there is no mechanism to notify the business. As you can appreciate when orders arrive staff place them away and it is extremely difficult to always check the unreliable orders. Once communicated they do send a replacement but unless you contact them they wont reimburse you or make any effort to contact. This is a massive failure and there needs to be measures in place to contact businesses with non delivery.”

“item ordered and paid but never turned up . no updates or info emailed them after a month in which they were prompt and asked if i wanted a replacement or refund . asked for replacement but instead they refunded me !!!! only good thing is they were prompt in replying and refunding . maybe not their fault maybe their delivery company”

“Ordered before 1pm on Thursday for next day delivery. My order arrived Saturday at 6pm. Tried getting in contact but no answer on the phone. Completed the contact form to receive an email on the Friday saying we’ve contacted amazon to say deliver it today as it’s next day. It didn’t show. They did refund the next day delivery cost but overall I thought it was poor. Products were great but I’m not sure i’d use again given the service.”

“Good servuce at first but then useless when they have errors and poor custpner service. Also wuth payments they alwats say 90% of the time its ur bank. I rangmy bank 3 times on the day, going back and thorth. There was nothing wrong with my payment and the bank and these guys woudnt send out the product”
