“Stock issues. I am asked to attach an email address but I never hear anything after that. If I did then I would immediately place an order.”

“I've bought from here quite a few times now and normally have a good experience. This time however, my package was delayed because it was damaged in transit, which is understandable but I had to contact the company myself to get a replacement sent out. That should have been automatic. Then I didn't get everything I ordered. I had ordered 3 peach syrups and only received 1, and I got a random other flavour I didn't ask for. And I was charged for 3 of the peach. The other items were correct. But it was quite disappointing to not get what I'd asked for and I had to contact the company again to get a partial refund and the peach syrup was sold out so I couldn't even get it replaced. The items I did get were excellent quality as always and I am otherwise happy with my purchase.”

“Very fast and swift service only let down is the delivery they use DPD they miss parcels also 90% of the time the simply sauces the lids are always broken”

“The product itself was great! The posting and delivery were confusing (it was an Amazon delivery ... but not ordered through Amazon) and it arrived late with a confusing email from Amazon in the mix. However, the Disount Cream people were quick to reply to my emails and it got sorted out in the end.”

“Placed an order which got sent out and then cancelled. I received an email from the courier to say it had been cancelled but after some time no follow up email from the company to say I’ll be sent a replacement/refund. However when I had to contact them regarding the issue they responded promptly and sent me out a replacement which was appreciated! Packaged well and very happy with the quality of the products, thank you :)”

“I don't like when you go something missing. It's too much headache to do with it. No phone number to speak to a customer service if we are ready we open the box and we put stuff away and you tell us take photos and send us what is missing. How do you expecting us to do that?”

“Never received my item. Had to ask for an update as was taking a long time. Amazon apparently lost the parcel and I got refunded. Looked a good price etc but Amazon delivery are rubbish!”

“My turmeric latte was delivered really promptly - £17.99 plus £2.99 for postage and packing. Fine, it is a big bottle but why was I charged an additional £2.99 for a coffee lovers ‘free’ gift? At first I couldn’t find anything apart from the turmeric latte in the package but finally a floppy piece of plastic fell out - presumably some kind of stencil. What a con!”
