“The item we received was not as expected, which happens. However, the "person" I spoke with via web chat was very rude about processing the return. I have proof that the return was received a week ago and am hesitant to use the web chat to find out when we will be credited back because the person was so rude.”

“Update to previous low rating on damaged display case delivery. After contacting the seller, they responded immediately and no questions asked provided a replacement which just arrived in good condition. Great customer support and communications. Thank you.”

“Very nice quality table cloth and print. However, the shade of blue chosen online was different than the shade of blue received. Disappointed in that as we needed a true navy blue and received one with more of a teal look.”

“I like your products and service with one big exception. I am using your product to light an oil painting and like all the LED hogwash out there, your light is very white. I wanted an old fashioned yellowish light. I have a call into my florist to see if they have some yellow cellophane I can cover it with. Richard Matteucci PS Can you tell I am old and cranky?”

“This display helped my booth presentation SO much, it looks professional and clean. The metal rods in the back that hold the rack/fold the rack are a little flimsy, which is my only concern. But if I anchor the display stand down with some A clamps I feel very secure. I would definitely consider buying from you again!! Thank you for this perfect display piece :)”

“After 2 weeks, the plexiglass poster sleeves are holding up well in the east-facing storefront windows! The thinner plastic versions (from another vendor) melted and warped in the hot sun. I hope that these will be a long-term solution to our display needs.”

“Your products and selections are good, but your shipping is absolutely horrid. WHY do you ship small items in large boxes with an excessive amount of paper filler? It's incredibly wasteful and seemingly would be more expensive to you, and ultimately the customer via increased shipping costs. For example, I regularly order four small items (the same item). Rather than coming together in one appropriately sized box, each comes in its own large box filled with paper, then those four boxes are all contained in an even larger box. When I place the order, I've asked for the items to be shipped together in a smaller box, and I'm told it will be. But when I receive the order, items are still packaged individually in oversized boxes. What an incredible waste. If I could find this item from another source with better packing and shipping processes, I would 100% order from that source. So far, I've been unable to find this item elsewhere. Please do better.”
