“I ordered 5 different sizes of the hanging sneeze shields. The hanging hardware was fine. But the plastic vinyl was of varying quality. Some was perfectly see-through and great but some were hazy and blurry.”

“My recent order of trash receptacles arrived with extensive shipping damage. The second receptacle was not delivered by FedEx due to extensive shipping damage. My impression from the one that was delivered was that the package was very poorly packed for shipment. Displays2Go shipped replacements but both arrived with the same severe damage rendering them useless. The extensive damage confirmed that the material was packaged so poorly that the damage was predictable and expected. I took many photos of the damage and shared them with the customer service person I spoke with so I won't make the effort to include them below. Contact Marshall Silva in customer service to see my emails and photos. I requested a full refund of my order but have yet to receive a confirmation. Please have someone send me confirmation that my full refund has been processed.”

“We are missing one part of our order (A-Frame inserts), one pole came broken for our pop-up banner and on 2 of the pop-up signs we purchased the graphic is distorted, but that was not visible in the proof.”

“Ordering is easy and delivery is always quick however items are usually damaged. If better packaging was provided you would replace less items which is costly to your bottom line!”

“I had needed to reconstruct my garden "work area" for many years and am so glad that I chose these greenhouse benches to line both sides of a narrow walkway. They are extremely sturdy, were easy to assemble and best of all arrived several days earlier than expected. Photos show "before" & "after" along one side.”
