“We ordered a 16x16" acrylic display to securely exhibit a fine art piece in our gallery. Although the original display arrived with a slight crack, customer service was nothing but helpful and courteous in swiftly addressing the issue and sending a replacement. We will definitely order from Displays2Go in the future!”

“Ordered 2 display boards, received them in light duty card board package, the product inside is cracked and broke beyond use. Sent in photos for a credit yet no response from Displays2Go. Fed Ex delivery.”

“This is the first time we haven't been able to give 5 stars, which is never something we do lightly. The initial order of two large units arrived with one perfect and the other completely broken. I spoke with customer service who said that the replacement would ship out the following day and we would receive is on 2-day shipping, which is what we paid for originally. The unit was supposed to arrive on Monday and it didn't show up . . . and it just hung in the tracking with no new info. I finally called again on Thursday and talked with another rep who said it was scheduled to ship the following day. When I questioned why it hadn't shipped out the week before as promised, she had no answer. Once again it didn't show up when promised and the tracking number didn't work. I called again for the 3rd time (and got the nice lady I had the first time) who told me that it had a different tracking number than the second lady gave me and it would be delivered that day, which it finally was. I get that COVID has made everything difficult, but an honest answer was all we were looking for.”

“The literature rack worked great for our church booth. We filled it with pamphlets, videos, etc. One of our issues is wind blowing through the fairgrounds, but the rack and contents held steady. We are very pleased with the quality, look, and sturdiness of this rack. We also appreciated the fast arrival of our order.”

“The Greeting Card Display is perfect for my 5x7 and 4x5 cards/envelopes. The odd thing was it arrived in 2 separate packages on different days. There was no mention that the product would not arrive in the same package. I was concerned that it was missing the base and top card holder so contacted Customer Service. They said this was how the product ships to them.”
