“I'm supposed to fit into a 14 couldn't even zip them up can't return them because it will cost $220 to return $80 pants that don't fit. I didn't want any of the other clothes cuz they didn't look good on me so now I just have to keep $215 worth of clothes because I can't afford to ship them for $220. Companies get a discount because they ship a lot of items if they were to at least offer to purchase the shipping label for you and take it out of the amount that you owe it would still be more affordable.”
“This company and their customer service department are among the worst i have ever dealt with. Due to the postal strike the items i ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. I chased them and when the finally arrived on the 22nd December i no longer needed the items as all my Christmas events had been and gone. When the post offices opened after christmas i went to send the items back but was refused a refund because it was over 30 days since i ordered the items. I will never order anything again as i contacted them by phone and email and they still refused.”
“Sizing chart is wrong. I was recommended the wrong size threw their site. They won't reply about returns and I'm essentially being stiffed. They gave me less than 30 days from the day it arrived at my PO Box in the US to have it back at their warehouse despite the fact they won't reply to emails and I filled out the return information over a week ago and never got an update.. it is extremely wrong to suggest the wrong sizes then ghost and stiff your customers with the cost of your mistake.”

“I ordered a dress from Disturbia. After taking my money and confirming order, days later I get an email saying there is no stock of this dress and can’t fulfil the order. Their email stated the refund should be back in my account within 3-10 business days, it has been more than that now and still no reply to my emails. ““Same day dispatch” meant a week and a half. No apology, just a £5 coupon. Which I won’t be using.
I also needed to change the delivery address because I moved, but they can’t do that for whatever reason.
So I asked to cancel and reorder because I don’t want to spend time chasing a package around. They won’t cancel orders! It hadn’t even been shipped but they wouldn’t cancel because…cancelling is against policy. Absolutely baffling.
now I have to worry about intercepting the package and messing with returns. It’s also hard to tell if returns are free or what. Probably not. Please make sure you REALLY want what you order and that you’re willing to be treated poorly by customer service.”

“I ordered 3 items from them. First of all the delivery took way longer tham it was supposed to. Second they don't cover import taxes so if you live far from the uk you might have to pay a huge tax fee. And third surprise surprise! The returns aren't free. I don't like how one of the items fits so if I returned it and got a refund I would end up with almost no money given the fact I had to pay the import tax + shipping. Also I read here their customer service is terrible and there's the possibility they might not even give you a refund. Plus you can't even leave reviews on their website which is complete bs in it of itself.”
“I bought 3 items, this "Abstract Longline Jumper," a "Faery Tales T-Shirt," and the "Celestial Midi Kimono Dress." Links below- I ordered from the USA. Shipping took about as long as expected, 7-14 business days translated to 18 days total shipping time (12 business days.)
The jumper is absolutely stunning quality, the little stitches to look like patchwork are well detailed with thick thread. It's soft and wearable right out of the bag.
The shirt looks awesome, looks grey on the website and in person most of the time, under bad fluorescent light it takes on more of a green hue that actually looks lovely. Also wearable.
The dress was sliiiightly smaller than I was expecting, and isn't of a thicker fabric, it's a fairly thin wraparound dress that has a smooth fabric. It's not see-through, and will likely be very comfortable for late spring or summer wear.
I enjoyed everything in my order! No complaints, only that there was a sale a couple weeks after I ordered lol.

“I sent two different packages back in December, one package had already been sent back to me after the return, yet Disturbia it’s been over two and a half months and they’re telling me “they HaVEnt GotTeN iT to CoNtACt tHe CoUrIeR” which is absolute bs. I order across seas and this hasn’t happened and I got my other returned package back already…makes nooo sense. I also sent of video of returning it just in case, I had a feeling. They fail in customer service and probably just trying to rip me off since it’s be easier considering I’m across seas. Absolute bs.”

“I was apprehensive about ordering from here as I've heard a lot of things about delivery issues but honestly my experience could not have been better!
I'm in the EU so I used the delivery to pay for my duties which was expensive but I definitely saved money in the long run and delivery was so quick! I got a few items in the winter sale and it was so worth it, the vaudeville skirt is just gorgeous and the swimwear keeps all my wobbly bits in I feel really secure!

The Immortal Bodysuit is thick but still stretchy enough to be comfortable and the embroidery is lush, Blaze Jumper is so chunky and warm and I finally got my hands on some Eden Jeans I've been wanting since they first came out! “I did an overseas order which, in the current times made it to me alright surprisingly but when I discovered the item I’d bought was too big, I immediately created a refund and bought the smaller size. I posted back my refund but it took longer than the 20 days that they state in their T&C. So I was given store credit, but as delivery back to them is totally out of my control, I contacted their customer service. It took multiple emails with multiple people on their end and me providing screenshots of my tracking number to prove I had sent it back in the right time for them to finally give me a refund in the end. But each reply back from them took days and days, so it wasn’t a great experience, especially with having to fight for a simple refund.
But now months later as I’ve been wearing the skirt in the smaller size I’ve discovered the seams are popping!! Its a flowy aline skirt, it is not tight by any means. All of this effort, and money wasted just for a subpar quality product. Literally never again.”
