Disgraceful. Over 21 gays and my money has not been refunded. I have emailed customer service three times and receive automated response. I think it’s appalling you hold on to my money refund, I can’t get in touch with you and you obviously do not care.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If you need to return anything you will not get your money back! I am still due a refund since end of August. I keep emailing to chase up and my emails are ignored. The company is in debt, it won’t be long before they go into liquidation. Check out companies house for info.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting since August for a refund for an item I ordered and have not received a response to my emails chasing it up. Appalling service and I’m looking into how to register a formal complaint

Awaiting refund of nearly £300 for 3 months now. Loved ordering from them and their clothes, refunds always took time but this is actually awful. I'm wondering if will see this money again? I will take it further and even feel like driving upto their offices. It's disgraceful and I've sent emails and no response either it's like they couldn't care. What is the earth is going on to take so long? Are they going under? Makes me wonder although they're still sending daily emails with offers and new in items. I'm appalled but upset as loved their stuff. Shellie Cutting is the owner and instead of deleting and hiding comments on socials she needs to face upto it and not hide. The handling of all this is so wrong.

Much like a lot of the other reviews, I am awaiting a refund for goods returned and it is now 36 days. To ignore their customers when they reach out via email, Instagram, and Facebook is disappointing and shows a lack of customer service. I have used DLSB many times before and have never encountered these problems but I won't be using them again

Awful customer service. Still waiting for my refund it’s been three months it’s terrible the amount of emails I have written and you just get automated replies. The most laughable reply I had got was to give them a rating on how they did!!

I'm waiting now 6 months for my money. Every time I ask about whats happening with my return I'm getting same answer. Will never order again. Very difficult to communicate and no help or even trying to resolve anything. They definitely not interested in giving my money back.

The outfits are lively, however I ordered x2 to try for my mums wedding, they didn't fit so needed to return. This happened in aug amd I am still waiting for a refund! I have sent so many emails and requests for this but still waiting! Very poor customer service unfortunately

Avoid this company.... returned clothes in August it's now 29th October and still no refund Check out the reviews on trustpilot there's literally loads of people they've done this to. I'll never purchase from them again and will encourage everyone else not to get caught out.

This company should be investigated and shut down. Withholding customer refunds whilst they earn interest on our money. Been waiting over two months for a refund, and still no sign of it. Absolutely appalling.

I returned items 45 WORKING DAYS and I am being completely ignored on Facebook, Instagram and email! Absolutely shocking customer service! I see nothing but bad reviews for this company

Still waiting on a refund from 2 months ago. Whenever I email i just get the same reply so I'm guessing it's automated. Something about them having a back log of returns. And no wonder as their quality and sizing are questionable. Won't ever order again!

Finally got a refund for a skirt I returned,and they received on the 3rd September. I have sent so many emails, some getting no response. I've messaged on Facebook, Instagram and finally yesterday I found the owner on Facebook and messaged her...Shellie Cutting. I dont think it's any coincidence they have now issued my refund. Keep going everyone, don't let them steal your money. They need to be shut down!!

Returned my hood in July still no refund or reply to emails. Sent all proof of postage and emails saying delivered to them but nothing. Will never order again! Auto generated email every time

Terrible customer service, clearly unaware of UK sale of good law and make up their own rules. “You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.” Avoid this company like the plague if you expect any degree of customer care.
