Great service from Dolly Dotty . My dress arrived very quickly and well packaged . I did have to return it because it was too big . But they refunded me with no quibble. I do recommend these guys and i'll defo but from then again

Dress was very lovely, generous fitting, quality materials, really unique vintage print, it was too large so i sadly had to return it, the reason for 3 stars is the very challenging return service or lack of one, it is very expensive and its on to you to find the method of a return and make your own lable and return note!, the return address on the parcel is different to the one on the website, thankfully i checked before returning, it cost me £9.95 too return my dress securely, not the suggested £4.50, its been 8 days sinced its been signed at the time of writing this, it had been recieved back and i am still awaiting a refund,

Please note the above score refers to your refund process ONLY. At the end of March I ordered two dresses. Unfortunately, one of these was too big and was returned to you on 3rd April. Royal Mail tracking indicates that this was delivered on 6th April. To date ( 16th April) I have not received any contact from you to confirm or acknowledge this, I have also not yet received the expected refund which is disappointing. Whilst there was no invoice enclosed with the order - I enclosed my full details, order reference number and reason for return to enable a speedy refund. I had a similar experience when last year I ordered two of the same dress in different sizes. I returned one and after two weeks of hearing nothing contacted you by email chasing the refund. Whilst I am more than happy with the five dresses and petticoat I have purchased - your refund process needs to be reviewed.

The dress I order was beautiful. The pattern and the colours went together wonderfully. But unfortunately it was to big for me. It has been returned, but I am still waiting for my payment to be refunded.

Great fit but not 100% on the colour as it's much brighter than the picture. I couldn't return as there was no invoice enclosed or any other paperwork for that matter. So I'm stuck with it. Its a shame as I would have probably sent it back and chosen the sage green instead.

I'm always thrilled with my dolly and dotty dresses.They are always so comfortable, the prints are gorgeous and I love having pockets! I'm always sure of a compliment when I wear one.

I’ve bought 3 dresses now off Dolly and Dotty and I have to say I am very impressed with them! I don’t often leave reviews but felt the need to share just how beautiful these are even for the more curvy girls like myself. I’ve had many compliments, even by strangers which says a lot! Will definitely keep buying from this fabulous company and highly recommend to everyone 😊

My collection of D&D frocks is ever growing. I love the ridiculous patterns, they're stylish and well made. I do prefer the slightly heavier, silky material. I always receive compliments when I wear them. However, and I have pointed this out before, the hook and eye top fasteners are never (and I stress this NEVER!) fitted properly. My most recent aquisitions have them all facing skywards, previously they have been stitched about an inch apart. Never are they funcional, except to knot in my hair. Please make Pangolins!

I purchased this beautiful red swing dress and petticoat to try out for a costume for a quartet I sing with. We’ll be getting another three if the others like it as much as I do. The dress is great value and arrived within two days of ordering!
