“Excellent service and very efficient the only thing i feel could have been better was the delivery it was a pallett delivery so my cooker which is a range was pkonked on the drive, this was stated in the delivery as to what would happen but the driver did not wait fir me to check it just took straight off, apart from that i am very happy with the product.”

“We purchased this oven in 2018. The problems are two fold: Donaghys initially were very helpful but only when the oven was purchased did we realise that it was to be delivered to the entrance to the drive ie more or less to be left on the street: how were we meant to carry it up the drive and into the house? Donaghys washed their hands of helping us with this. The second problem is that the cooker's fan has now broken down and has had to be replaced: this expensive oven is less than two years old and requires repairs: so not a good purchase. Hello Pauline, all customers are advised at the time of purchase that pallet deliveries are conducted as a one man service and the item will be wheeled to the nearest point of access (kerb side delivery). Any lifting / carrying is at the drivers discretion. “I am very pleased with my fridge freezer, so far everything is working. The person who delivered the F/F was very good. However I was very disappointed because the item was cancel on two occasions. I waited at home on the Wednesday and Thursday all Morning cancelled all my appointments. I received a call in the afternoon stating it will be delivered on Thursday that too did not happen. Eventually on the third day it finally came.”

“Website was excellent but the external pay system did not seem to bring me back to Donaghy website so I phoned. An excellent customer support person checked both order and payment databases to confirm neither order or payment went through and advised me to place a new order. This I could do confidently and it worked. I received order confirmation but to be doubly sure, I was sent a personal mail from an employee to say that order worked. Brilliant personal direct efficient service, as always. Thank you. As normal, goods at an exceptional price, service excellent.”
