“I had never heard of Donaghy Bros but I was very impressed. I found the vacuum cleaner I wanted for cheaper and the delivery was so fast. The delivery man was really nice too. I highly recommend this company.”

“I bought a washing machine online together with installation and removal of the old machine. The item arrived in 2 days and the installation was really fast - the guys left the place spotless! You would never have known they’d been apart from the perfectly installed washing machine and a friendly explanation of what they’d done to install it. Great service!”

Ordering for our son who has recently moved to Belfast, and conscious of delivery problems if shipping from GB, we were keen to order from a local supplier. “Friendly and polite on the phone. Efficiently identified what I needed and confirmed that it was in stock. The online purchase was fast and simple. The appliance was delivered from Northern Ireland to London faster than most deliveries within London. The price was good. The company practively contacted me post-purchase to thank me and offer any needed support. As a North American living in the UK, I have become accustomed to the typically awful customer service here. My experience with Donaghy Bros was nothing short of miraculous, by comparison. It almost makes me wish I had to buy another appliance ... And, if I did, Donaghy Bros would be the first place I looked.”

“The whole experience from start to finish was excellent both online and by phone. Delivery time was as quick as promised, even though from far north to far south of country. Cost saved me about €200.”

“Ordered a cooker hood online as was showing in stock but after placing order was advised they did not have item available and would order for me or supply a refund if unavailable. Luckily they were able to obtain requested hood and delivered speedily. I did not receive a text advising time of deliver or that it was being delivered on a pallet. Having said this I would order again from Donaghy brothers as I was happy with outcome. Said hood has not yet been installed due to current COVID restrictions.”
