Purchased a dyson through Donaghy Bros as they had the best price on the market. Paid by PayPal and got their confirmation but nothing from Donaghy Bros, so I emailed and they replied within a couple of hours with my tracking number. Item delivered a couple of days later. Best price, good customer services, 5*****

We ordered a washing machine from donaghy bros website on Saturday evening and had an email by Sunday morning saying it could be delivered on Monday if that suited,which it did, so by midday Monday we had a new washing machine significantly cheaper than the same model was with two big name retailers who ironically are have shops nearer to my house than donaghy bros. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new Neff dishwasher from Donaghy Bros, they were easy to deal with, gave a great price and delivery was quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend to others and we will definitely use them again.

I purchased a beko fridge freezer which arrived the day it would but was notified of a time. The guys were curtious to my son but my only down fall was they left all the packaging there which all places takeaway whenever I purchased goods.

Great price and great product for Sony Tv purchase. The sales process was pretty efficient. Only negative was delivery. Although this was fast the delivery driver left the TV delivered to the ROI strapped to the pallet outside my apartment block. He refused to bring it in as claimed he wasn’t insured even though delivery was supposed to be room of choice by 2 men. I had to remove from pallet and bring it in myself then dispose of pallet. A bit ridiculous! As very pleased with price and product overall 4/5 but note delivery issues. If it had been a washing machine wouldn’t have been going anywhere.

Hello, thank you for your review and great to hear you were happy with the product price and sales process. We understand that you requested a two man delivery which is an enhanced service at an additional cost. However as you were having the product delivered to Dublin we are restricted by the current Covid situation and our couriers only offer a contactless delivery at present in the South of Ireland which is why your TV was delivered via a pallet to the nearest point of access. You were not charged for the two man service but we must apologise if this delivery detail was not communicated to you during the sales or delivery notification process. Kind Regards Donaghy Bros

When requesting a replacement or refund for an item that was faulty out of the box, an induction hob (although out of the 14 day window) this was rejected. Donaghys also refused initially to assist in negotiating a repair for us saying it was something we had to contact the manufacturer on (this was still within 6 months of purchase). They eventually did do this for us, the engineer visit failed to fix the issue. Donaghys then attempted to get a second visit from an engineer which we declined as this was running into several weeks without a working hob. Eventually Donaghys accepted the item back but only after stating consumer rights. The two stars is for a well laid out store, good sales team. I will likely never be back to Donaghys as the returns policy is a complete disappointment, fobbing customers off when something goes wrong but selling you the world at the same time.

We're sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your return request. We believe the sales team did explain at the time of purchase that the hob was a plug in 13Amp hob and therefore there was not enough power to run all hobs at the one time. In order to arrange a return, we needed to contact the manufacturer Blomberg to inspect the item before we could either refund or replace the hob which we subsequently did. The hob on my new Rangemaster Elise induction has never worked correctly. I reported this problem three months ago to Donaghy Bros who passed me on to Waterford Stanley. Three months later I am still waiting on Waterford Stanley to fix it!
