“I'd struggled to find the particular dishwasher I wanted, and been let down by a company who still haven't refunded me. Then I went to Donaghy Bros and got the appliance, delivered in England, within 48 hours. Also thanks to James Mulholland who contacted me to check I knew the washer is higher than standard. Excellent service.”

“Firstly went to the shop in Kilrea to view/pick an oven and hob that I had liked the look of on-line. The hob was £10 more expensive in the shop and the oven £20 more expensive, spoke to a salesman who informed me that the hob was sold out, I said the one in the showroom would do fine, he informed me that it was also sold although there was no sold sign on it, but the oven was freely available, I made my excuses and headed home. I placed and paid for the same items online immediately on returning home as they were all showing available for home delivery within 24 Hrs. It was not a surprise then to be contacted by Donaghy's within the hour to say that the stock on-line sometimes doesn't match what is physically in stock. Amazingly the hob was freely available but the oven was out of stock the exact opposite of what I was told 30 minutes earlier instore. In the end I got what I wanted as Laura from the online team was able to secure me the oven from the showroom all at the online price.”

“RETURN POLICY STINKS 21 DAYS WHEN MOST COMPANYS ARE 100 DAYS YOUD THINK THEY WOULD BE MORE FLEXIBLE SINCE IT WAS A XMAS PRESENT ORDERED EARLY !!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN”

“On searching for our appliance (double oven)! Donaghy Bros came up, i telephoned spoke to a lovely gentleman and asked if was in stock, i placed and paid order online it was withbus in a few days!!! Great Service!!! Great oven, pluscwe had a courtesy call to tell us when delivery would be Thank you so much”

“Ordered a range cooker in November. Wanted delivery to be fairly precise in terms of date. It was wonderful to be able to speak to someone so easily- not an experience I’ve had with other suppliers. They were so helpful and kept me informed at every stage. Delivery was fabulous. Will definitely use again.”

“I searched multiple suppliers for the fridge freezer I bought, Donaghy were offering it at the best price, I then spoke to the girl at Donaghy Bros to clear a concern I had about the specification, it was like speaking to my local shop, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. It was delivered promptly by an equally obliging driver who wheeled it straight to the point where I wanted it. Donaghy Bros then followed up the delivery to enquire if all was to my satisfaction, all I very impressive.”

“Excellent communication with a friendly and helpful attitude when I telephoned about making an order. I was warned their courier might struggle with a pre Christmas delivery but ultimately my freezer arrived just a few days after I ordered despite having to cross the Irish sea to the UK. Tope quality service.”
