“The process for evaluation and treatment has been easy. The hard part has been accessing medications. My provider has been wonderful and quick to respond. Done has made accessing the medication easier by offering a mail order pharmacy.”

“The customer is good they usually respond within 24 hours or less. Now if there is a urgent issue they are on it and will not take 24 hours to respond once the Done Team knows its urgent. Honestly anytime I had a question for the Doctor they were answered promptly. One of the things that I life best about Done is that I have lived in a few states and I was able to keep the same Doctor because he is licensed in those states thankfully. That save me some stress. I have been with Done for 2.5 years. I would recommend Done”

“My provider is great. Usually takes her 1-3 days to reply, but I try to be patient and understanding. She always submits my refills on time and provides all the information I need for my medication.”

“Done takes all the trouble out of managing adult ADHD. Before i found them, i reached out to countless Dr.'s only to be told the don't manage adult ADHD. So frusterating to not get the help you need, or to have to jump through hoops. Done changed all that for me and it was SOOOO easy! Done is awesome. i have told a bunch of my friends about it and they use them too!”

“Amy understood how I felt and knew exactly what I needed. She explained different medications and let me decide which one I felt would work best for me. She was very compassionate and caring. The medication is not covered by my insurance but the price is very reasonable. The drugstore had my prescription right away. My only regret is that I didn’t find Amy and Done long ago!”

“I’ve struggled for a long time to finally get confirmation & an actual diagnosis of my ADHD. Done has been a lifesaver for me & I finally feel like I have control over my situation. When I feel healthy & in a positive space, my family also feels the same way. I am better able to manage my time & organizational skills. Done is always quick to answer my questions & they are always professional. They have a refill countdown clock that is available in the app so you always know when you need to get your medication refilled. That has been very helpful for me. My provider always answers my questions & I feel like she genuinely cares about my well-being. I’ve used other telehealth providers in the past before coming to Done & I am so happy I made the switch. I’ve been with Done for over a year now & I plan to stay with them for as long as possible.”

“Easy to book appts, the providers actually listen and care. Love that I can receive care from my home. They always either text or call to make sure I’m happy with my experience and make sure I was able to get my medication without issues. Sometimes the app is a little buggy, but if I use the website, I have no issues. Have been using Done for over a year, Definitely recommend!”
