Usually I love ordering from Doordash but today was a horrible experience. I usually get my food quicker then the estimated time. I ordered Subway at 2 pm with a 45 minute delivery time. I had 2 hrs before I went to work. Right at the 45 minute mark, I get a notification from Doordash that it would be another 10-15 minutes. I wait 10 minutes and it shows that the order had not been picked up yet. I texted the driver and he told me that he was turning into the Sunway parking lot. He apologized and said that there had been a bad accident. The Subway is about a 5 minute drive away so when I didn't receive my order within 10 minutes, I called Subway and they said that the Doordash person had not shown up yet. I text the driver again and he tells me that I will have my food soon. At 3:40 I text him again and he tells me that he is almost at my apartment. I tell him that I have to be at work at 4 so if he will not be at my apartment in the next 10 minutes he will need to deliver it to my job. I text him my work address and he says that he will be there in less than 5 minutes. It was an additional 20 minutes before I got my food. It took over 2.5 hrs to get something that was a 45 minute delivery. I contacted doordash thru the app and the representive called me several times without saying anything. Finally she speaks and tells me that doordash is going to give me a credit for delivery.

There were issues with our order but it was the restaurants fault, doordash customer service was very helpful and they made sure we got our money back

The phone app is much better because it allows you to sort restaurants by delivery time. The web does not have that button available right away - unless I am not looking right. But then... the website should be user-friendly like that. Additionally, when you are searching for a restaurant with beverages like "liter soda", the search comes up with quite a few restaurants but they do not have "liter soda", they just have fountain soda or can soda. It can sometimes be disappointing especially if you are trying to make last order time.

I was disappointed because the app indicates you order $20+ and delivery would be free. My second order was over $20 I still had to pay a delivery fee.

Door Dhas used to have such great service.. But recently, all they do is mess up the order.. It is always missing something or order is switched.. Since the retaurant doesn't take responsibility for it, I wish Doordash would make an effort to check and make sure the food ordered is correct.. Because it takes at least half an hour to an hour to wait for food so it's annoying to get orders mixed each time.. They do offer credit for mix up but it really doesn't compensate anything because your order is already messed up. It happened with last three orders in a row so I had to take my time to write this.. Hopefully they will read through this and find ways to improve!

You don't me happy or unhappy your cost is most expensive out of all delivery places between taxes fees etc a salad is $25 which is nutso

I really liked how fast the transportation was. I also really like how organized the website is. The only concern I did have was when I ordered a burger and fries it looked as if the person who delivered the food had snuck in a more than a few for themselves. I decided to do an experiment and bought more fries and I had gotten the same person and again she had eaten a lot more than before. I would like that next time I do order food on you site no one will eat my food.

A lot of options to choose from and it's convenient when you NEED food delivered. However, the fees are rising. Debating if it's worth it. Might just have husband or son pick up.

I like to begin saying that I work at these company and I can tel that some time the ball is dropped , however most of the time the issue is the bad education of the customer, as an example: the customer orders from a place that is not a fast food restaurant, and if this is done over a weekend the time for the food to be ready is larger, however they want the food as fast as if the food was from Mcdonald's, the customer blames the company for missing things that are not doordash foult, doordash does not make food either handle the food, the dasher for health and safety is not allowed to open the bags and check on the food, however when delivery is made and a sauce is missing, the customer blames doordash and want a full refund for a missing sauce, that is dumb, the company is just a pick up and delivery service, lot's of customers are not at delivery location at the time of delivery and after they miss the delivery they call wanting refund or redelivery and they think they are on their right because they paid, yeah they paid for the delivery and they missed it, claims on poor food quality, and again these is not doordash responsability, again we do not prepare food, I know that some dasher are abusive or maybe a lil bit dumb, or have language barriers, the same happens with restaurants people, there are chinese, middle east people, thais, latins and europeans, plus the different accents for the north american english that is spoken in the USA, so communication is not that easy, so please before pointing fingers and complaint all the time consumers/all the people should have a better consumption and consumer education and culture.

How easy it was to order. Unfortunately the person didn't look at any of the comments. So they didn't get the condiments we wanted and also left on all the "stuff" on burgers that were supposed to be plain. It kinda ruined the meal
