“Alan, at Doors of Distinction was really helpful. He was knowledgeable, responsive and managed to turn our delivery around in a couple of days from me phoning him. All this, in the week before Christmas. Doors are great too. Would definitely recommend.”

“The staff at D & D were very helpful and LPD delivered on time on the day agreed with me The driver was very helpful A superficial look at the doors indicated that they were in good condition. I will look tomorrow when I have more time”

“Great customer service by a named contact who saw us instore and responded promptly to emails. Team were very knowledgeable and gave good advice. They were able to supply the exact doors I wanted from Deanta for my downstairs replacements doors at a very good price. Delivery was when they said it would be. I'll be using this company next time I need new doors for upstairs!”

“The showroom is well worth a visit. There is a lot of choice of high quality doors and hardware. Throughout, Lee was very helpful and relaxed so that there was no sense of urgency or pressure. The real test of quality of any company is their reaction when things go wrong. This was the case for us when an order for 12 doors had to be changed (through our builder's error) at the last minute causing us some distress. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee. He was sympathetic to our situation and within a short time we had solved the problem, changed the order and delivery arrangements and replaced some returned hardware. We could not ask for better treatment. Very professional. Thanks”
