Before I would wake in the night and had developed shoulder pain in the past and especially lower back pain every morning. This is now much improved. I purchased a single topper for my side of the bed. It is worth remembering that you may need to deeper fitted sheets to accommodate a mattress topper, but again I consider that worth the benefits.”
