“The product is fine. The customer service and your policies are not. When my shipment was stuck with FedEx, your customer service team told me it isn’t Dose’ responsibility whether the carrier gets the products to me, despite having prepaid via recurring subscription. I have better service with the online store I get my pet’s food from. Amazon service is also much, much better. I will not be buying anymore Dose from any retailer. .”
“I bought the Dairy Free Vanilla Creamer. It has a nice coconutty/vanilla flavor; however the powder is clumpy and doesn't dissolve in coffee so easily. it does have clumps in its original tub and whether its hot coffee or cold, it doesn't dissolve all the way even after using the electric stirrer. So then while drinking, i end up "chewing" the clumps and that does not look quite elegant while in meetings and presentations. I wish they would make the consistency more smoother for easy dissolve in liquids.”
“It doesn’t taste very vanilla to me and you can taste the pea protein quite badly... I also didn’t get a scoop in my container so unsure how I am supposed to measure 3 scoops”
