Lovely smooth texture to the pallete when drinking the filtered water

Unfortunately we had to send our product back. This was because the product purchased meant you had to install an extra tap. We thought that this could be installed onto the mains water supply to the kitchen tap. This wasn’t how the system works. This needs to be made more clear when purchasing. However return was excepted and we are now talking to an advisor on an alternative product which will for fill our needs. This is very good service and I wish I had spoken to an advisor in the first place. So to anyone who wants to purchase a system I would recommend speaking to one of the team first.

So far our new standing filter has been excellent! It was easy enough to set up, easy to use and the water tastes much better. The first few filterings are slow but I did email to ask and they emailed back explaining which was helpful.

Having not ordered for some time, I was confused about what to order, the receptionist was was more that helpful expaining, the new filters and how to order from the web site. Filters arrived within the next day, duly fitted and working, so nice to deal with a great company!

A well made product that has started to do its job straight away. Delivered promptly and well packaged. I might of missed it in the advertising, but one thing to remember is that it takes two filters to operate, so this needs to be priced into ongoing maintenance costs. ( It still works out cheaper than the Brita system I was previously using and there is no `taste' ) Early days but so far I think my decision to use this filter was a good one, so can recommend it and proud to support UK manufacturing.

My parents ordered a water filter of 8.5L for my birthday. This arrived with missing parts. The bolt assembly for the lid. There is also no parts list, with the paper instructions, something one can get in Ikea. I then ordered a metal tap and stand. With the metal tap, there is no parts list again, nor an exploded diagram which will state orientation of the washer. It needed about 2 emails to bring their attention to the relevant points, and no apology for the missing parts. I am open to improvement however. They need to do better.
