“Great service, only improvement I can think of is getting the login function working on the website and some sort of 'upload and remember' so the customer can come back and finish the order at a later date”

“My order was for only two books but it was given what I would consider priority treatment. The books arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with them. The covers are exactly what I wanted and the text and pictures clear and easy to read. I shall be ordering more.”

“Needed a pdf file printed out as an A2 poster, but didn't really know much about paper types, or which printing service to use. Should be simple enough, right? Most other services, the price was £10 at an absolute minimum, not taking into account VAT and delivery charges; it sometimes worked out way over £20 for just a single poster. As well as this, none of them provided much information about the quality of the paper itself. As a layman, just a photograph of a previous poster etc, would have given me a good idea. When I found this website, there was an answer to practically every issue I'd had with the other websites and local printing services. When I placed the order I thought this seemed too good to be true, but no, I got a quality poster, delivered on time, with no unexpected VAT or delivery charges. Will definitely be using them again and I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I really like using Doxdirect.com The quality of the end product is high and this is of the upmost import. There are occasional technical issues. They have a very high standard of customer service so if there were any issues they are rectified quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. There is a reason I have come back time and again in the last 3 years”

“just a little bit misleading as to if you pay for same day turn around I expected mine cumin the following day unfortunately I waited 2 days then missed the delivery and had to go and pick it up from the post office but will know better next time”

“Personally, I feel that the mark of a good firm is not when things go right - but when they go wrong. I have used Doxdirect quite a few times and have had no problems at all. However, occasionally things have gone wrong (Often problems of my own making) on these occasions the staff at Doxdirect have always been quick to rectify any errors and they have left me completely satisfied with my orders. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”
