“Slight issue with delivery due to issues with Royal Mail, but the customer service from doxdirect was second to none. The books I ordered for a university project were produced to a high standard and look amazing. Very, very happy with the end product and would highly recommend to anyone. Good quality products for reasonable prices. Will be ordering again!”

“Can't praise the service enough. I've used Doxdirect before and been very happy with their products so used them again for a print for a mailshot that had to go out this weekend. Thought there was plenty of time so used the standard service and delivery. Printing still hadn't arrived on Thursday so I emailed them in the evening. Got a response first thing on Friday and once I had confirmed that nothing had arrived in the post that day they reran the print and expressed it to me arriving at 10am on Saturday so saving the day. Would (and have) recommend them to anyone.”

Sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your book. We have checked the original word document uploaded in MS Word 2013 and on our version the heading for chapter VIII appears at the foot of page 30 rather than at the top of 31, which is the same as the preview presented during the configure stage of the order process. Your document contains chapter headings positioned using line feeds. In order to control the position of chapter headings really reliably in Word there is a feature on the paragraph format called Page break before which eliminates the need for line feed spacing and also makes page composition much easier. Hope this helps with your documents. At Doxdirect.com we pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail but unfortunately it is not possible to check each page of every document we process for errors within the supplied document.

“Doxdirect printed off two of my own full colour, illustrated children's books recently, which I am very pleased with. The quality of print is excellent; the clarity perfect. I received both within one week. The only point I would like to make is that the process of uploading the right number of pages for my preferred layout to work wasn't instantly straightforward. Having said that, after some revision on my part, the end result was lovely. Queries were dealt with instantly; they were very helpful on all fronts. This is the third order I have placed with them and would use them again.”

“I placed and order for a single double sided leaflet and paid for same day processing. The order was dispatched 2 days late and when it arrived was printed incorrectly. In fairness to doxdirect.com they did refund my money in its entirety and quickly. Their customer services responded to my emails promptly and they were very apologetic. However I won't be using them again.”
