“My first experience of using the company was certainly interesting, I had a deadline for the production of a book a week ago and unfortunately it was not met so I ended up having to go to an in store printer to meet the deadline. I was certainly left disappointed but the whole experience. However, since then my issues have been dealt with by Louise, who has been very professional and helpful. The book quality is very high ; paper and print look great and the binding is to a very good standard. I am currently in the process of re-ordering a set of books. When comparing the production qualities of Dox with the in store printer that I used, Dox is by far superior. As I said the build quality of the book is excellent, and ultimately that is what I was looking for.”

“Simply terrible service. Having read the 5 star reviews I decided to go with Doxdirect. I prepared an order last week and as at was the first time using the company, I thought it best to speak to somebody in person before finalising the order. I was told over the telephone that my book would be processed in two days and would be sent out on Friday, the estimated delivery date was Saturday. On Saturday the item did not arrive, but I assumed that was because of Royal Mail. On Monday I arrived home from work to find that no item had been delivered. I immediately called the company and was told that the item was only printed today, and was sent out this afternoon. The representative I spoke to refused to comment or offer any advice on when the item would arrive, simply saying "it is not my department". The "two day turnaround service" is very misleading, especially when you consider that I was told in person "it would definitely be out for delivery on Friday if you print it today". I will now have to go to an in-store printer to get this work done as the deadline was Tuesday morning. No doubt it will cost me a lot more than the many other online printers. I strongly suggest staying away from Doxdirect. Not only did they not provide the service that I paid for, they were also very poor in the support provided after business had been traded.”

Hello Naz, I am very sorry your order was despatched late. This was because we weren't happy with the fit of your covers, so we amended and reprinted them for you. The order was despatched yesterday by 1st Class Royal Mail, so should be with you shortly. Sorry we cannot give an exact delivery date with Royal Mail, only the Courier options.
