“I loved my printing, thanks so much, they were amazing quality and came so quickly, unfortunately I made a mistake on my design so had to re-order...... all my fault but I didnt hesitate to use you again. My Daughter loved the Harribos too! Thanks a million!”

“This is great. I can work abroad and send really good prints to my client from wherever I am at a fair price. Great service. Currently, I found the website a bit buggy, but definitely worth the perseverance.”

“Overall happy with the service- great quality of print and high colour quality so worth the money (and a nice feature was the inclusion of a packet of sweets with my delivery!) But having paid extra for delivery on a Monday, the pictures didn't arrive until late on Tuesday which affected my work schedule, which was obviously disappointing. I would request that the website try providing more accurate delivery information when ordering or an email update as I don't remember being notified of any delays. I could have rearranged schedule to accommodate this instead of it being an inconvenience. But I would use the service again and allow for a longer delivery as the product itself was very good”

Hi Alice, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Sorry to hear your pictures didn't arrive in time for when you needed them. I noticed on your order details that you'd chosen the free Royal Mail delivey option, and, although they do aim to deliver all 1st class post within a day, with this option there is only an estimated rather than guaranteed delivery date We do have courier options for next day delivery, guaranteed, which may be useful for a future order :)

“Great price and turnaround. Print was nice too. But the print had a couple of creases in it. One from the machine and one from packing which was disappointing.”

“I've always found the printing to be of very high quality; the delivery is prompt and the pricing is reasonable. I'm not sure my dentist would approve of the freebie sweets that come with each delivery! But I'd have no hesitation in recommending Doxdirect.”
