“Excellent communication - contacted me to clarify requirements and updated me on progress. It was just a single sheet of photos for my daughter's collage gift to her cousin, but they treated it with the same respect due to a larger order. Also much more flexible than using the traditional photo printers as she was able to upload a powerpoint file with the images arranged on it. Will definitely use their services again.”

“Effiencient, quality service. I like the flexibity of being able to order a small number of pages. The website is much improved and more user friendly now. Thank you. Please stop sending the bags of crappy sweets, though, with the papers. They go straight in the bin!”

“Very unhappy with the service from dox direct - I paid for edge to edge printing because that is what I required. I received an email letting me know they couldn't do it, and proceeded to run my order with bleeds. I would have expected them to ask whether I wished to continue or to ask for an alternate configuration.”

“I was mostly very impressed with the service and quality of production I had from DoxDirect. The only main issues I had were in the website process to create my document; 1) Once at checkout, I couldn't get back to modify my file. 2) When editing tabs, if you got something wrong you couldn't edit them and save again, you had to delete and re-create. 3) When my finished document came through, all my tabs were on the wrong pages, all ofset by one. I think this may have been me not paying enough attention, but I suspect it probably wasn't clear enough about this. 4) The above could have been aided by a more visual preview of how the document was going to be printed, with the tabs clickable so when you clicked them you'd be at the page you had turned to, if you had turned the tab from right to left as you would physically. It would then have been good to be able to move the tabs quickly. Sweeties in the box were a nice touch!”
