I have not recieved my parcel, they delivered it to someone else,at the wrong address on 23 may 2024

Absolutely Joke of a company. They have never successfully delivered me a parcel to my flat. I have been unfortunate enough to have 3 parcels 'delivered' by them in the last 2 years. They give me a delivery window, a shoddy tracking page which doesn't change all day and tell me the driver will perpetually 'be there soon' or some nonsense. I wait in the flat all day and get no call, knock on the door or bell. I then get a 'sorry we missed you'. This happens 2 days in a row. I then get a notification from them that my parcel has been delivered to my local address collection point. 2 out of three times I have gone to collect the same day and the parcel isn't even there!? I don't understand how they are still in business when they work so badly? I'm quite a chill person but they have wasted hours of my left and caused me so much anxiety and frustration. I am really sick of them.

Worst company! Item was supposed to be delivered yesterday waited in all day and no attempt by them. waited in all day today, the driver pulled up outside did not get out the van and just drove off! Customer service is a load of rubbish too!

UP YOURS DPD! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE HOLDING MY PARCELS AND TELLING ME TO CONTACT THE SENDER SAYING THAT ALL THOSE MANY PARCELS ARE NOT TO DO WITH YOU! STUPID TROLLOPE OF A WEIRDO WON TON WOMAN! AND SAYING HOW MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT A TRACKING NUMBER! GET BENT! AND NOW CHARGING ME & 2 POUND TO PICK IT UP WHEN I SAID TO DELIVER IT TO MY HOME! PFFT WHAMP! Yes the comment Rabi left summed DPD up. I get deliveries monthly and the instruction's on my app is to leave at my door. But not last Wed he rapped the door and disappeared and left no parcel. I rang Maidstone and SHE thought she was going to bully me to say the sender stated it cant be left at your doir only a shop and he had left it at premier store Ive been getting this delivery monthly and she was feeding wrong information told me the sender is only one that can remove the shop I rang the sender who said she never do e anything or cant change my instruction then after long fight DPD came up with its new project β€œCant wait β€œmore like stop interfering in my app A year ago they all of a sudden kept leaving heavy boxes of mine at morrisons its always a fight to get an answer they have 1 word answer i eventually demanded manager to ring me he have me his number in case anything happened again or ask for him or 2 other staff it was a FALSE number he gave dial it and its dead line pathetic the worst DHL would show them up See when you get a text saying driver cant find your address yet you look at your app and see the same driver has been before thats what you call thick

Parcel due today, was at home, driver did not knock. Just pulled up outside (so his tracker shows he was here) then drove off. All picked up on my video doorbell

Why is no one taking note of how bad this company is? It is pointless to have a review system that is merely for venting. There is obviously something wrong with this company and budinesses are bearing the brunt of their incompetence. Parcel damaged, I have to contact the supplier not and deal with redress, totally unacceptable, how are they still in bussiness? Sort this out someone???

Next day delivery took 2 days, then on the 2nd day they left the sorry we missed you, without ringing doorbell. It makes me not want to use vendors that use these clowns for delivery.

Worst customer service and Delivery Driver and DPD as a whole. Sender sent it to my old address but fortunately a friend of mine lived close by. Diverted the parcel to my friend's address, and on the delivery day my friend was home. The DPD Driver knocked on the door, and my friend went to get the parcel and within 10 seconds the driver was gone with my parcel, left it in the local post office. And now the post office won't release the parcel to my friend, when he is presenting the collection barcode and his ID. Now, apparently they need my ID, how will my friend have my ID and I am clearly 200 miles away from that address. So, my parcel is left in Southampton's Post Office and it's stuck there and waiting it to be returned back to sender. A little help could have resolved this, allowing my friend to receive that parcel and send it to me, but no DPD's new protocol has f***ed it up, and no one is willing to help. Worst courier company, and unprofessional and unhelpful drivers and customer service. Shame on you DPD. if there was 0, i would have given 0 stars.

Order from shein china with label shows contents delivered to johannesburg while i and whole family where in Dullstroom Inn having a meal !! Tracking shows it Signed for by the name on the delivery label who was in Dullstroom at that time ?? The DPD delivery guy is a Total liar and a thief all calls unanswered by DPD and all emails have been totally ignored This companies couriers are ROGUES AND THIEVES AND THEIR OFFICE STAFF ARE UNRESPONSIVE

I haven't had a problem with a delivery from an Amazon order for nearly 20 years... and then Amazon start using DPD! I placed several orders this week and out of 6 parcels due to arrive, 2 came with an Amazon driver - left in our front porch, 1 came with Evri - left in our front porch, 1 came with the Royal Mail - left in our front porch, but unfortunately 2 came with DPD - card left in our front porch to say they couldn't deliver them, with one parcel being left at a local shop which closes before I finish work during the week and is also closed at weekends, and the other parcel being taken to their depot 20 miles away. When I called to ask why the driver didn't just leave the parcels I hit a brick wall. I mean, he opened the porch door and went inside the front of the property to leave a card! It beggars belief. Their customer skirmishes department refused to take any responsibility and stated that company policy was to only attempt delivery once, after which time it's the recipient's problem to track down and collect the parcel from wherever the driver has decided to take it. They claimed that it was my fault that the driver didn't leave the parcel, because I hadn't bothered to set up an account on the DPD website and detail my preferred delivery options there. As recipient it's not like you even know which courier will bring your parcel from Amazon - they make that choice. You only become aware who the courier is when the delivery is made. I pointed this out to their overtly rude operator who just told me they weren't going to argue, that it was my problem and promptly hung up on me. I reported their terrible service to Amazon customer support who were their usual helpful selves. They refunded me for the order without question and said they would arrange for DPD to return the parcels to them for restocking. I explained that I'm now reticent to order anything from Amazon in the off-chance it is sent with DPD and that their association with such an awful courier will have a negative impact on their business in the longer term if this is standard practice for DPD. I was assured my concerns would be reported through the correct channels at Amazon and fingers crossed somebody in an executive position will reconsider their contract with this terrible courier company.

I just had a parcel delivered to a safe place but it was not even left there. Dpd delivery people are not honest please companies don't use these people please save your customers please

In both a business & personal experience DPD are ooor, unreliable and liars. If you are a company using DPD to send items, stop otherwise they will drag your reputation down to the point your customers will go elsewhere

Useless. Said I was out, not true, so now being forced to collect next day from shop over a mile away. Clear driver was never on road.

Claim they can't find my address. I live in a cul-de-sac. Asked me to contact Amazon with more address details, who have confirmed there are full address details with the parcel. Also sent me a confirmation notice that they couldn't deliver for 30 minutes in the future. Interesting.

Very poor. My item was meant to be delivered 16th, never came. Had a message to say now 17th between 12pm to 1pm. Got home on lunch break and a message from DPD stating driver of DPD Marius sorry I missed you and unable to deliver. I gave MY OPTION YESTERDAY to leave on the PORCH! BUT for good measure I went home during this time. No attempt was made ny Marius and no card either. I have cctv at my property of 4 cameras and no one came this time. It's because it was a heavy item the driver didn't want to walk to my house and just pretend I was not in and left. EVEN IF I was not I'm I submitted my preferred option was leave it at my porch, why didn't he leave there..... very upset and now I'm waiting for Monday which was meant to be a gift to someone special. Total not acceptable and I will be writing a complaint about this driver falsifying that he tried to deliver

Deliver to a wrong address 1 hour late, do not bother to call, then told they will try to deliver again after a further 2 days.
